Yesterday I visited a cafe with my family and once again made sure that this is the only catering point in the city where all the best things that used to be are left. And the cuisine is excellent and the service is cultural.
Thank you very much!
A good restaurant, we went to my Wife's home in Vitebsk in July and decided to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the wedding, we toured several restaurants, but already at the beginning of the week on Friday, to our surprise, there were no places)) As a result, there was no choice left, we went to the Dvina, booked a table for 9 people and sat very well for a moderate amount, The kitchen is not bad, Live Music, friendly staff, and there are few people in the hall.

Very nice staff, friendly service.Understanding and caring staff. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts and lunches. Gratitude from medical students of the city of Kirov
Service and food *****, there is not enough space, considering that the company was large, but the most that I really liked was the absence of almost a New Year's atmosphere.
The kitchen is plentiful, but at the level of the dining room. The staff is unobtrusive, you will look for your reserved table yourself))) No one will meet you and will not conduct you, you will catch the staff by the hands and clarify whether you have counted the number of devices correctly)) The music is live and very loud) If you are looking for a good kitchen and a quiet pleasant atmosphere, you are definitely not here)
Excellent clean, delicious, place with friendly staff, very reasonable prices, conveniently located. The menu is a little small and it's a great place to have a good lunch after class!
They celebrated the New Year in Dvina.Cheap, of course, kapets. But you shouldn't expect anything from the dishes either. The Greek is just funny, the cuts are ugly. But the meat was delicious, the red fish was tender. The decor is quite primitive, but the restaurant is more than 60 years old and, somehow, it is still afloat, even with lunches or corporate dinners. There was also a program on New Year's Eve.It seems that Santa Claus tried, and the vocalists sang. But somehow I wasn't in the mood.Someone will think that the restaurant is cheap, respectively, the level of visitors is low.We were also afraid. But on the festive evening there were also beautiful, decent families, youth companies, elegant women, mature couples, etc. There was only one guy who was drunk or stupid - he got drunk before the holiday and tried to prove himself in different locations. He calmed down later. To sum up, and we have something to compare it with - the price justifies the quality of both food and services.By the way, the receptionists are friendly, tried to tell us what tastes better, suggest the best location of the table and brought us all the food on demand, I mean hot and snacks. They were allowed to come with a boy of 8 years old, which is also valuable for parents with a child of primary school age.
The restaurant is a la Soviet Union. If you don't expect luxury, then not bad. Inexpensive. The staff is friendly. But of course there is no kitchen (( and we waited a long time. Live music- the guy sings well, the girl sings worse, but not bad. But the minus is that they will sing five songs and take a break. People want to have fun, dance! I had to adjust the musicians) if you go with a cheerful company to relax and dance (and not eat) and need a budget, then it is quite an option.
The restaurant is for those who still remember the Soviet Union. The menu is not bad, the cooking quality is good. The musical accompaniment is from the 90s. A normal "retro" restaurant. If you sit in a small group, then there are separate halls. It's a decent place.
Attentive staff, tasty and not expensive. The waiting time for the order is short. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, the interior is without pathos, but clean and cozy
We have been there for lunch, it is not very convenient that you cannot choose any one dish, the complex is not divided (although someone is allowed to share, and someone is not). The food is not bad.
The best Kiev cutlets in Belarus.
A musician- vocalist is a fire, such a voice - there is no need for concerts at the festival.
The menu is simple, but good.
The interior is Soviet-style, but the main thing is a sincere atmosphere
The food is delicious, not to say budget, but delicious, the staff is competent, they will explain everything, tell you!

The decor wants the best, but what kind of home cooking is here. Just like when my mother was a child. Who missed that food, visit, eat homemade cutlets)
We gathered with friends in the evening to sit and talk. It's very crowded, the music is loud, only shouting in each other's ears. It has not been repaired for a very long time. The prices are average.
A creepy hostel that works as a hotel during the festival. Imagine all the horrors of the devastation - they are concentrated in the Dvina. Stuffiness, dirt, broken everything, stink, mold, insects.
A middle-class restaurant. Apparently, the crisis has hit quite hard. It survives due to complex dinners and rare evening companies. But due to the small number of visitors, there are no large stocks of semi-finished products and everything is very fresh.
They took a set lunch-they barely took their feet away alive)))My wife and I didn't like it at all! The soup is too salty. Everything is stale. The food had been lying there for like a month. The meat (pork) was brought musty, it smells strange, like rotten. Rice is like at school in the 90s) Only the wife ate the vinaigrette (potatoes, beets and sour cream)
Lovers of adequate, healthy, delicious food, not canteen food, have nothing to do here, even if you are terribly hungry)
The two of them had a rest in this institution on 09/21/2019. Caesar salad was ordered (as I love it very much), grilled mushrooms, trout with vegetables, fries and cold cuts. They brought Caesar with KETCHUP!! (I don't love Caesar anymore.....) "Champignons" look like I don't know what, fried in a terrible amount of oil, "Trout with vegetables" turned out to be fish with onions and carrots))))) French fries and slicing helped out. The waitresses of the Stalinist era, however, as well as most of the heavily drunk guests. There is little space on the dance floor. I was pleased with a bottle of wine and live music, for which 4 rubles were paid for one person ((( And for this the total bill was 74.89. As a result, I do not recommend visiting this institution to the guests of the city. Study reviews of establishments before visiting them!!!
