This enterprise should be called "Door Hell". If you have a production period of up to 90 days in the contract, then the doors will be delivered on the 91st. The installation is quite a quest. It's better not to mess with them at all. My parents ordered the doors in August, they haven't been installed yet. I do not recommend it to anyone, spoil your nerves, waste your time.

Hello. The store and its staff are generally doing very well. Everything that happens next is a nightmare!!!, Brain drain. The front door was not brought with a panel . They promised to change it on the spot. The process took almost a week. They promise to come and don 't come . No one lives in the apartment, so it is very expensive, a lot of time is wasted and not only. They promised to speed up the installation of interior doors for this joint, and I was satisfied with that. We received a call from the customer service that the doors are ready and they want to make a delivery. I explained that there is no storage space and I am ready to accept the doors only a few days before the installation. Everything seemed to be agreed, but as soon as the doors were in the apartment and all the arrangements were paid for, they disappeared! The girl from the service department communicates tenderly, not adequately!!! He doesn't know anything about the agreements and who could promise me something doesn't know. Still, I somehow persuaded him to set the installation date. (It was very important for me to be able to plan the work of the furniture installation team.) A two-person team was appointed to speed up the installation. On the appointed day, neither the team nor the service did not call. Personal time, work, and all plans are broken again. .When I got through to the service again, one deception. The crew's car broke down, and it's probably not necessary to call! About an hour later, they called back and appointed a new installer for the day after tomorrow. The installation took a day longer because there was no one in this wonderful company to bring and replace the curved bar. In the process, it turned out that this wonderful company does not have its own designers! I don't think there are any delivery machines either. All the time I was trying to find a common language with the service, I asked for the management number, but the information is very secret! They promised that the management would contact me, but the miracle did not happen. As a result, a lot of time, nerves and financial costs were spent! I do not recommend contacting this terrible firm "door paradise"!!! "Door Hell" is their true name.

I thought to return the 4 doors and order better ones. but we decided to leave the tc. the same ones, but with a thicker film, are 100 p more expensive. After unpacking the remaining 4 doors, defects were found in 2 of them, mechanical damage that was in production. A film has burst in one door, and there is a scratch on the other. I was also blamed for all the calls to the call center, as if we had done it ourselves. No one is going to do an examination of this marriage. Although everything is easily provable. It's very unpleasant. Indeed, after the payment, no one will talk to you.

The delivery time of the doors was delayed, but it was not critical. I waited 2 months for the installation. The measurer will be sent to you immediately in order to take the order faster, they will say at the measurement that it takes a month to manufacture doors so as not to scare the customer, but in fact, after signing the contract and taking the deposit, they disappear from the radar and cannot give any accurate information about the order. We have been waiting for MORE THAN 2 MONTHS for the door! They repeatedly called and clarified when they would be delivered, to which the answer is always the same - they are not ready yet, we are not to blame, this production takes a long time. A convenient position, take the money, and who is responsible?! I will not recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately, our experience of cooperation with this company turned out to be extremely negative. At first, the measurer quickly came to us to place an order. During the measurements, we were informed that the manufacture of doors would take about a month, so as not to scare off the customer. However, after signing the contract and making a deposit, the company disappeared, and we could not get any specific information about the status of our order. We have been waiting for the door for more than two months!
Despite numerous calls asking for delivery dates, the answers remained the same: "The doors are not ready yet, we are not responsible, as production is delayed." A convenient position is to get money and avoid responsibility. We were also told that the measurer would arrive only 4 weeks after the doors were delivered.
If the company does not have the ability to fulfill orders quickly, why accept so many applications? Quality is more important than quantity! I can't recommend this company to anyone. During the entire repair period, they were the only ones who let us down and left an unpleasant impression. Definitely blacklisted.
