We ordered the front door, the installers arrived, installed it, and once showed how the lock closes. But after they left, we couldn't close and open the top lock in the door. The key turns and dangles inside.
I wrote to the admin on WhatsApp and asked him to come check the lock, because it's not working. I was tortured for a week. As a result, they refused to come and generally help in this situation, referring to the fact that they do not give any guarantee on the door, they say they showed you, you saw that the lock was opening.
Whatever you understand, the door is not a cheap 150k.
In fact, we bought a marriage and the company does not want to take responsibility and change the lock. No service or understanding for your customers, just to sell, and then everything is at your own expense.
Yes, I'm not sorry to pay for the replacement of the lock, you would have come and made sure you provided a new lock, but no, apparently your reputation is not important to you.
Conclusion: the company does not guarantee the door, if something breaks, you will figure it out yourself!

I went there and there were movers.....Where did you get them??? Will I give it away for free from the OLX section??? Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

I was buying the front door to the apartment. The doors have a good price/quality ratio. The staff is friendly, answer any questions. The only disadvantage is the installation.
We ordered a door with installation. The guys arrived, installed the door exactly, foamed it on the left, right, top, and for some reason left the threshold empty and flatly refused to foam it.
Unfortunately, I was not at the installation, and my brother could not immediately call the company and resolve this issue.
Do not let the installers go until they do everything for you.
