We chose this company to order and install doors, and we already regret our decision. The measurer arrived, who initially calculated the doors and made a mistake, instead of the sum of 2200, he counted 2700, after leaving the apartment he called back and said that he had counted incorrectly. We thought that it doesn't happen to anyone, and decided to order the doors from them anyway. Initially, the amount of approximately 650 rubles was announced for the installation, but when the installers arrived, the amount increased to 805, when asked why there was such a difference, the installers replied that the meter had miscalculated and made a mistake in the fittings, platbands, etc.
After the call to the company, I also had an unpleasant feeling because of the conversation with manager I. just an agreement for the sake of appearances. I doubt that any measures will be taken to improve the work of the measurer, so I do not advise contacting them. The measurer was I.V. Garashchuk.
I am updating the review after installing the doors. The doors are still standing well, but the question arose why was it necessary to attach the slopes to furniture staplers? There are such holes on all slopes and at a distance of 5 cm. They ruined the look.

But the second door did not bring so many positive emotions, the second door was an interior one, everything was brought perfectly and silence, after three weeks I called for installation -agreed, the installer came in the morning and it started, it's not that, it won't work, it won't be like that, and so on - initially, continuous problems began with a person.I say you understand how you will do it, I do not care at all, all I need is for the door to stand, all other nuances do not bother me, the installation has already lasted 4 hours.It's just terrible!!!!!

The specifications of the items and the prices of each were not attached, it was written down by hand without specifying models and prices. This is the first alarm call, I made an advance payment - they didn't give me a receipt. Well, somehow I didn't pay attention. The second alarm bell. We promised to contact you for delivery within 5 days. We contacted on 02/24/2025 , they naturally offered a not very convenient time for 02/25/2025 , well , OK . By the way, the driver is normal, he typed as agreed in advance, they also brought in the norms. Everything seems to be clear . I gave the money back, the act was drawn up, but again there is no receipt. An alarm bell. Well ok. Maybe it will all appear with the warranty card during installation, I thought. But it was lucky that it turned out that way. On 02/26/2025, the installer arrived, but the door didn't fit my size of openings. Instead of 6, they brought 8 , 80 cm instead of 60 cm, normally the error was 20 cm. I feel sorry for the installer, he seems like a normal guy. Of course, I went with nothing, since 8 is in the opening of 6, only if you put it across) Well, then the miracles began. There was a complete lack of service, customer orientation and a normal human attitude. I didn't get a "sorry." As a result, she insisted on terminating the contract and refunding the funds. The contract was terminated, and the money was returned. You can't bring back my doors after 10 days of waiting. But judging by the communication of the girl from the complaints department, everyone is absolutely not interested in your problems due to the mistake of their employee. And thank fate that our full cooperation did not take place. No steps towards the client. What can we talk about if an employee of the company made a mistake, but they are too lazy to admit it and just at least apologize. They do not value their own time, the time of the customer and other people. Bottom line: I was lucky, all the money was returned, the contract was terminated, so no one apologized, you can't return 10 days of vain expectations.

The installer came and said that we have the most budget doors.We paid 450 rubles for one door (we have 3 of them). I installed two doors more or less normally. And one is just terrible. The door is positioned neither on the level nor on the plane. As it turned out, so I put it. We called him and told him that it was necessary to fix this jamb. To which he replied: everything is OK, it's just that you have a helicopter wall.Then we called the foreman, he said he didn't have time and everything was fine with you. They charged 150 rubles more for the installation than was indicated in the price list. They called their office, and the girl replied that they were busy, maybe they would arrive at the end of May. It was installed on April 8. The renovation was delayed and the vacation was over.

For their cost, the doors look high-quality, massive, and neat. There are no questions about the fittings either, the measurer explained everything, explained the options.
Prices are higher than in the market.
There are no questions about the timing either.
But the installation is very dusty and sloppy. The whole apartment is covered in dust and shavings, and garbage bags have been prepared for the guys.

I didn't really want to waste time on a review, but, unfortunately, it is not possible to contact the management, maybe at least they will react and put things in order. Managers are not very professional, also be prepared for the fact that there is no manager who is assigned to you, every time you have to repeat what you have chosen: model, color, accessories, etc. But this is not the worst thing... On the day of signing the contract, for some reason, the price changes, of course, in the direction of increase, the first reason, allegedly, today the canvases have risen in price by 200p, and the second is even more interesting: installation has risen in price by 60-150p, but this is not even the final figure, maybe the master will need to trim something else :)(The openings in the apartment are absolutely flat and standard!!!) Of course, they refused the services of this company, but they lost a lot of time, energy and nerves!!!!!!

There were problems with this office at every stage.
1) Let's start with the fact that at first the consultant made a mistake in her calculations and accidentally counted an extra 200 rubles. It's good that I clarified about the price, and the girl admitted that she looked somewhere wrong.
2) Then I was told that the doors would be ready in two months. Of course, two months later they did not arrive and no one warned, so I had to call and find out. The delay was 2 weeks.
3) The master, when installing the doors, damaged the tile. But the main thing is ta-dam! — a month later, the bar on the door came off, although I didn't do anything with it. As it turned out, this is not a warranty case (wtf?), so they want 30 rubles for fixing the door. Despite the fact that the door is initially expensive and obviously should not break out of the blue.
In general, I do not advise you to get involved.

I ordered 6 interior doors from them earlier + one metal entrance door. There seemed to be no issues with either the purchase or the installation. And so I decided to order 5 more interior doors to another apartment from them. At first, there was a problem to choose the color and appearance of one door name, then also with another, but putting it together is generally a disaster. Pens were offered as a gift by the most gov ... E. I had to buy. Well, with God's help, they picked up something. And then it started: 1. I took time off at work to take delivery-well, okay. 2. A day later, I asked for time off to install the doors-it's also fine. During installation, the workers revealed that the company had not brought the door frames to the 2nd door. Everything is brought in stacks rewound with tape except for the door panels, the deliverer does not wait for you to check and says all the questions during installation. The company refused to deliver it on the same day when other doors were being installed. 3. As a result, I had to take another day at work to receive the delivery and a day to install the missing door frames. 4. Plus, I asked for another day off to go to the store and try to meet with the director and clarify the whole situation.
BOTTOM LINE: The Director did not show up, he never responded to 3 or 4 messages on the "Write to the Director" website during the week. Instead of 2 days (delivery + installation), I spent another 3 working days. I will report them to other authorities. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

I want to express my DEEP GRATITUDE to the guys who installed it (unfortunately, we didn't ask their names. The installation was in Minsk on March 18 - maybe the company will write the names of a wonderful team)! Everything is very neat and fast! 4 doors and a portal were installed in 6 hours.
In general, we were satisfied and recommend this company.
And I would like to write to those who are planning repairs - do not listen to the "smart guys" who say that the doors are put at the end of the repair (well, at least that's what everyone told us)- there is almost as much dust and dirt from the "pleasure" of installation as when strobing walls when laying wiring! So why didn't you open the package and look at it, although according to the contract, the package cannot be opened before installation. Did the installer cut the wallpaper and leave a chip on the furniture? If we don't know anything, call him. Is the door color wrong? In our understanding, the one, and the fact that you ordered another one is your problem. Service and work at the sharashka level. The employees are incompetent and agree verbally without providing samples, from here they will hang everything they want on you according to the documents (they do not even specify the color). They did not sign the act on the absence of claims, because they are, so the girl answered on the phone at all - since they did not sign, but they gave the money, then we did not sell anything to you.
You will probably have to sue if you do not respond to the claim.

We ordered 4 doors of Dominique 225 in this company on May 30. The production time of these doors is 60 days (it doesn't matter, we'll wait). The measurer Vladislav. The door handles agreed that they would have their own, and agreed on the cost of their installation.
As a result, the Doors arrived at the end of July. My door handles do not fit into these doors, although nothing confused the measurer when he knew the door and held my door handle. Did not fit due to the riser of the door was smaller than the lock itself (Bonaiti). And then a conversation began with the warranty service of this company. In fact, the woman does not listen to anything, does not enter into any situations, just rattles her mantra and protects her own company, does not even let her say a word. We went the other way, wrote through the form to the director, after this letter 3 options were offered. We made concessions to them and purchased locks and handles from this company. The handles were sold (semi-defective, with 8 handles, none is at 90 degrees) the locks of the front part are scratched (everyone still has to deal with this). Somehow, on August 20, we agreed to install. Foreman Anatoly said he would arrive from 9.30 to 10.30, arrived at 10.55 (there is no punctuality). Measured – counted and it turned out that Vladislav intended the doorway very badly, in the opening 66 and 68 doors will not be able to put. Agreed to trim. To my question, what does such a measurer do for them, who already has so many jambs working on my 4 doors, I was not given an answer.
After pruning the doors, and this is already on September 20, a new group arrived, foreman Anatoly said that the group would arrive from 9.00 to 9.30, to my words "that if these gentlemen do not arrive at the stated time, no one will be at home" he agreed. the gentlemen appeared at 9.55. After comments on why they are so late and do not warn, they swore at me and left. The guarantee was hanging noodles on their ears that they were good boys and this had not been observed for them before, and Anatoly did not even answer the calls. At the same time, they did not want to take the doors away from the word at all, they also did not want to pay the penalty under the contract. We agreed that others would arrive on the 22nd and install it. And oh my God, adequate people have arrived in the person of Dmitry and Viktor. We looked at the contract, at what was brought to the doors and doors, and it turned out that the Measurer Vladislav screwed up an infinite number of times. Dobor ordered not 150, but 100. I wrote 15 boxes, and bought 11, and brought 9. As a result, they left and said that their office would buy more and then they would come to install. The doors were installed on 3-4 Oct., while the goods were only bought, the boxes were forgotten, they were looking for on the spot. They ended up in their warehouse. There are no complaints about these installers, well done.
Warranty service – does not listen to customers, does not give a word to say. When I was at the office, she came and told her own that her client wanted her dead today. Which says a lot. There are people sitting in the office who don't understand anything, they just want to cut down money. I had to explain to everyone what you needed and why. When asked to call the director, the answer is always "He is not in the country."
About the foreman and the first group of installers, there was a very large sediment. The last fellows.
To sum up, the DOORS are FOR NOTHING ..., I don't know what the hell got me to contact them, but they spoiled my nerves significantly. Advice, if you are looking for adventures – this is for them. You will figure out for yourself which doors you need, under which handles and how to put them, before they do it to you, and even take money from you. Many people are not friends with punctuality, they are rude. Even at the AGB office, they could not order the right locks the first time, they had to double-check (and gave the full name of the lock).
If you have any questions for them, the guarantee will not help, it's better to write to the director right away, then they start to move a little, and so basically 90% of the employees there are useless. After the letters become affectionate and fluffy, take them off, you can already talk.
I've been trying to install doors for almost 2 months. 4 doors, and so many jambs.

We ordered the front door on 19.06, the measurer Igor arrived, took off the dimensions, said that in a month the doors would be ready, signed an agreement under which the delivery time of the goods is 45 working days.
On 24.07, the installer arrived, it turned out that the dimensions were removed incorrectly and the portal did not fit. During installation, the paint of the handle was damaged. He said he would finish everything in a week. There was no call on Monday. On Tuesday, they called the installer themselves, to which he replied that there was no material. They are waiting for the delivery. As a result, there were no calls from them, we had to call and ask ourselves. They were "fed breakfast" all the time. So on 11.08, another installer arrived, who completely lacked manners (it seemed that this person was not related to this organization at all), walked around the apartment in shoes like at home, went into the kitchen and took cardboard without asking. I measured the dimensions of the portal "by eye", without a tool. He did not tell us to remove things from the corridor, he began to saw through the portal, thereby polluting everything. I didn't clean up after myself. Communication is zero. He took hold of the light wallpaper with dirty hands.
During this time (24.07-11.08), the lower lock was loosened, they told the installer, to which he replied – contact the person who installed the door for you. After calling the first installer, he asked to send a video with the lock to the messenger. Five minutes later, we sent the video. Since that moment, no one has contacted us. To date (11.09) – no one has contacted us.
Customer orientation – 0. Communication – 0. Quality of services performed – 0. Some disadvantages.
As a result, a lot of time, money and nerves were spent on this experience, and frankly, I do not recommend contacting this company.

How fast, I ordered one door and 2 openings (portal) on 05/08/2023, today 08.06 they are still chopping down the tree from which my door will be, the clown measurer with a serious face assured that everything will be ready within 1.5 weeks or even earlier, while the price is space. I assume that a lot of positive reviews are twisted, in order to attract customers, analyze when choosing, personally I will not contact them anymore and I will not recommend this organization to everyone!
