The measurer counted the extra platbands. There are 5 pieces left. (Although I specified why so much) I bought the platbands on my own because they didn't have any. I had to keep it for myself (the return period was out), the measurer advised me to go to court.
There weren't enough locks either. I bought it myself. Upon delivery, it turned out that they had put a completely different company. I had to return it and look for it myself again.
They tried to push the response bars to the locks SEPARATELY, which are included in the kit)))
The door hinges were not brought as agreed. Even by design (instead of 4 bearings standing only 2 pieces)
The installer (as it turned out, an employee, not an employee of the company) he fenced himself off from the jambs of the company, demonstrating that he was on his own and had nothing to do with them. The loops were installed randomly (the name of the company is upside down). The doors that stand next to each other are on different levels. The walls, the wood, the Chinese are to blame for all the jambs, but not the hands. The installation cost has increased by 25% from the originally agreed price.

We paid for the doors on 07/21/2023 -they said that they were in stock, only the car broke down, and there are no doors even in stock (08/02/2023). I don't recommend it. they can easily "throw".
- The cost of the doors with a remote clearance, the cost when calculated by the measurer, the cost in the contract and the final cost are 4 different prices, be prepared.
- The manager persuades me to choose a certain model, because deadlines are important to me. This option will be available in 2, maximum 3 weeks. The contract costs 4. In fact - almost 2 months!
- Shipping and installation are different things. The company, it turns out, only delivers, and then when someone installs it is another matter. In our case, + 2 more weeks before installation!
- By the appointed time, we arrive at the apartment early in the morning to meet the doors - they are not brought. After a couple of hours, they say that they will be delivered at another time.
That's the level of work, the attitude towards the client. It's a pity I didn't read similar reviews before contacting.
I applied because the prices were lower than those of competitors and the consultants were a little more polite. That's it! Instead of the promised 40 days, the doors were delivered in parts and two months overdue! One of the first came with a marriage, we had to wait even more than two weeks! Due to the delay, they offered 15 bel. rub. The only thing that stopped me from returning was that I was tired of repairs and unwillingness to go anywhere else! I strongly do not recommend it!
Very poor service. I wanted to order a door, I visited the salon. Later, to clarify a couple of questions, I decided to call. I called every day for a week, the managers said that everything was redirected and they would contact me, but no one called back. Later, after asking my friends, they told me that everything was not very good with quality either. I was very lucky that I was not given feedback after 5 calls, I am glad that I ordered elsewhere.

We ordered doors from them, the deadline was 45 working days, we received our door only after more than 65 days had passed, while the contract stated that they should warn about this in writing or orally, but there was no call or SMS from them, we had to constantly call ourselves. Each time they promised to contact us with the management on this issue, feeding us with the words that "they will contact you and resolve this problem," but alas, this never happened. The impressions are bad, they don't give a damn about the customers. There are no complaints about the door.
1. When approving the delivery, they dialed me to coordinate the day, but the employee Alexander did not say the approximate time, but he told me that it would be a courier delivery service and I would find out the time only on the day of delivery, so it is impossible to plan the whole day.
2. As a result, the doors were brought with a delay of 1 month, and even with damage, and it was immediately obvious that the door was clumsily repackaged, there is no question of quality control at all. The doors in the car were lying as they came across, surprisingly, only one door was hit.
If I had known what I was signing up for, I would never have applied. It is sad that the manufacturer of my doors does not have a branded network.

The next day, the call turned out to be given to me by the wrong platbands, the courier arrived again.
The installer was late, did not call himself and refused to work because there is no elevator, he did not think to ask about it.
The doors turn out to be with a covered defect in the package, only the following installers could notice this, who can even without an elevator
As a result, there was no installation, my doors were waiting for replacement for 2 months at home and the manager Alexey fed tales about their replacement on Tuesday every week
And that's not all, when it was time to replace it, it was agreed that the doors would be taken away from me, taken to the manufacturer and returned within a day, but it took a week.
Only the installers of this company have no questions, these guys are great and drag the whole company
I ordered two doors with the patina of the OKA factory, with a total cost of about 800 rubles. When measuring openings, I specifically drew the attention of the measurer to the fact that the doors should be on the same level from above. I paid 30% extra for non-standard items. The doors were installed, but at different levels. The installer noticed this already at the stage of installing the platbands. Upon arriving from work, I immediately called the office to solve this problem. Alexey, the advertising officer, a man who does not know how to work with people at all, said that it was their own fault. He even insulted my wife, who was in the house when the doors were installed. According to the documents: we did not receive a receipt for accepting funds, and we also did not give an act of completed work. The quality of the doors is also questionable, because the patina is coming off.
We purchased the doors from Graddor company, we remained long-standing, competent advice, accurate and really high-quality installation of doors, which is rare nowadays, behind the doors only here!!
At the beginning of November 2020, we ordered doors to a new building, made an advance payment, received a discount for New residents and in a few weeks we were already with new doors. A decent company, I recommend it.

Very nice consultants. We answered all the questions. Since they didn't understand anything at all in the doors, after leaving the salon they were confused that we were selling them ourselves) we were able to pick up the doors according to our whims and for 2 weeks the doors stood in our openings. Thanks to Graddor for its efficiency and professionalism.

1. Call center: it was very pleasant to communicate with the call center staff, who patiently and politely answered my non-professional questions.
2. Measurement and conclusion of the contract: The staff helped me choose the options that are suitable for me in a short time and at a convenient time for me. But either this was not said or it was said not accessible to a non-professional, as a result of the installation, there was a shock from a hole in the floor and protruding concrete walls in the doorway. It turns out that you need to install the "portal" separately. Why this was not explained ...
+ The contract was concluded for one type of door, but as a result it was not in stock. I would like the employees concluding the contract to know about the availability/absence of goods in stock.
3. Installation: The day and time of installation were almost ultimatum: "We will come to you tomorrow at so many times." I understand that installers do not specialize in politeness, but still, since they have to communicate with the client, I would like it to be more correct.
All the garbage (including a pack of cigarettes smoked by the installers!) was left in my bullfight, hallway and on the landing. The old doors also stood in my hallway. That is, it is assumed that the client must take out the trash himself. It's not customer-oriented. I suggest adding either a separate service or including it in the installation cost.
Installing the door is a dirty job, but why can't you clean up after yourself? The client orders a door installation service. And all the client should get in the end is just a new door in place of the old one, and not a new door on the old one + a bunch of garbage and dirt. The film wasn't even taken off the doors! The construction foam was not cut off, and oil stains remained on the door from the grease for the locks. The installers shuffled over the mats in the bathroom and toilet, while if permission had been requested, then I would have had the opportunity to at least remove them.
And to top it off, the cashier's check was not issued.
It is too early to talk about the quality of the installation.
BOTTOM LINE: The good work of the call center, the measuring staff is completely crossed out by the lack of culture of the installation.

Excellent service, but there are cheaper prices for doors from the same manufacturers.
Probably the best choice of sliding doors in the store on Surganova, competent advice from managers and a measurer, there are no questions about installation. But the best part is the prices!
We ordered interior doors. Before making the prepayment, it was said that delivery and installation would be carried out at a convenient time for the client. In fact, it turned out that the manager (Alexey) says one thing (we work until 18:00), the deliveryman says another (we work until 17:00), then you call the manager back again and he says: contact the storekeeper. The horror! But that's not all: when the installation technicians came, they said that they would clean up the garbage themselves. In fact: wooden junk was put in the entrance, the old doors were also not taken out, citing the fact that construction debris is taken out only by specialized companies. If they had told us earlier, we would have called these companies in advance and agreed on garbage collection. And so I had to call and wait for my turn. But that's not all: for the work for which repair companies charge 400-500 thousand, they took 1.5 million rubles! Scratches became visible on the doors in some places after dusting. They left an empty space under the thresholds in the bathroom and in the toilet (at least they temporarily sealed it with foam) and didn't even say anything.
