The location is ideal, very close to the center, large shops, restaurants, about 10-15 minutes walk to the sea. The room was quite clean, communication with the owners was prompt, they answered within 1 minute in whatsup. The room had two large balconies, each room had air conditioning, which is very important in such hot weather.
I consider it necessary to draw attention to a very inconvenient fact that came as a surprise to us. We were vacationing in the 4th (two pairs of adults), specifically for this we were looking for two-storey apartments with two different bathrooms, so as not to interfere with each other. Nowhere in the description of the room was it written that the second floor is the roof of the building (essentially a triangle). An adult cannot stand tall on the entire floor area. It turns out to stand in full height only in the middle of the room (in the place where the roof of the building has the highest point). In the other corners of the floor, you have to duck. We really bruised our heads, because the shower, toilet, etc. are located at the lowest points of the roof of the building. I think it is necessary to specify this. The second floor is suitable only for short children, only children will not bang their heads on the roof. Adults with a height of 160-170 cm simply physically will not be able to stand tall in the shower and toilet on the second floor.
The shower on the ground floor worked very poorly, when it was turned on, water gushed from all the joints, there is no tightness, in this regard, 20% of the water reached the shower itself, and the remaining 80% flowed in different directions, which did not allow a normal shower.
I also want to draw attention to the fact that the apartment does not have ANY household chemicals and minimal household supplies (except dishes). We rented apartments in many places, both in Europe and in Asia, and even in Turkey (Istanbul, Marmaris, Kemer) over the years, but that would be the first time we met anything. There is no shampoo, no shower gel, no rags to wipe the table, no towels in the kitchen to wipe the plate, and rags to wipe the floor, no toilet paper (for 10 days, half a roll), no laundry detergent, no salt, I understand that it is not the responsibility of the owner to leave all this, but just keep in mind that you will have to buy everything for a comfortable stay.

We booked through booking at our own risk. With payment on the spot. Everything went great! The reservation has passed. The owner was in touch, and he came over. The apartments had two bedrooms. Everything worked out perfectly! Only the kettle needs to be replaced. Close to the center. We went to the beaches by car. The porridge is mountainous, keep in mind. There were no problems with parking at the house. I recommend. They gave 18,000 rubles for two nights for 4 adults.
