A great place for a family vacation. Closed area, huge swimming pool. Baths, Finnish and hammam. Gym. Wi-Fi. Five times a day on weekdays, a tuk-tuk, called a "shuttle", runs in a circle, delivering vacationers to the beach and wholesale supermarkets! In short, it's a great place! Although it is located one and a half kilometers from the beach.)

Closed territory, entrance is strictly by pass (plast.cards)☝️, a huge swimming pool with pleasant water 😍(our friends lived across the street - there was sooooo cold water in the pool🥶), the territory is clean, well-groomed, the corridors are also clean. There is a gym, Finnish sauna, hammam, table tennis😊
There are wonderful massage parlors within walking distance (by the way, they also do high-quality men's pedicures and for only 300 baht), good cafes where they feed very tasty, minimarkets.
The shuttle runs to the sea, to Macro and to Tesco Lotus👍

A wonderful condominium with a good infrastructure. One of the advantages is the proximity to the bus station where buses come from Bangkok. Of the cons, the beach is a little far and not close to the center, but if you have your own transport, this is not a problem
