Price is quality! We lived for a month and everything was fine! The extras include their own Parking, swimming pool, sauna, fitness equipment, and a shop on the ground floor. The apartments are all of the same type (we rented 4 at once), they differ only in small things like TV without Smart or no HDMI cable, all kinds of towel hooks, or soap holders, etc. in general, it was a little more convenient to live in some rooms because there are all the necessary little things for convenience, for example, we did not have an elementary brush))) the view from the balcony is also different, but in principle it's not bad from all sides. the price in November 2024 was 75,000 rubles/month. and about 13,000 utilities dripped

The condo is nice, lived on the 34th floor, the view is magnificent. The location of the condo is advantageous: near the market, shops. The sea is a 5-10 minute walk away. One of the disadvantages is that there is a noisy road nearby, which is very difficult to cross. Thais don't have a driving culture at all. And the second disadvantage is that one or even two elevators are constantly not working.

We rented a one-bedroom apartment here for a month. The swimming pool, gym, sauna are nearby, but the pool needs tile replacement in some places. A good night market is a 5-minute walk away, and there is another market in 10 minutes that is open during the day. Plus, it's convenient that tuk-tuks walk nearby.

- if the windows face the sea , then it 's hot for the whole day
-the pool, which is intended for children, is broken all the time (the chips are very sharp) and the husband cut his leg in it (they made a tile almost a week later), but after another week it broke again (already another one ) how to swim is unknown to children
- the hammam does not work at all
- the sauna was broken for a month

One of the advantages is a convenient location and a good view from the window, if the windows overlook the sea. The biggest disadvantage is the terrible sewer stench, both inside the building and inside the apartments themselves. The smell appears and disappears, but this sewer carousel spoiled my impression of rest. The endless cleaning of pipes does not help, because this is a problem of condos, not individual apartments.

The Dusit Grand Condo View residential complex. The guarded complex is closed, there is a swimming pool in the courtyard, a building with a training room, a yoga room and a sauna. A clean marble hall, four elevators in the house. The second line from the sea, close to the food markets.
