A very warm place, the hotel is designed in a rustic style - everything is very warm and cozy. Very friendly and courteous staff, spacious rooms. Delicious breakfasts that are prepared every morning especially for you.
The hotel is located in the middle of a pine forest - the purest air and silence!
A wonderful road to the hotel (for those who write that the kilometer of the road is broken - you do not need to drive by bypass roads - the road from Borisov is excellent).
Definitely come back here again!

An amazing place, very beautiful and picturesque. We celebrated the wedding in July, and it was the best decision to choose Dudinka City. A spacious hall, delicious dishes, excellent staff work. The anniversary was celebrated in the white hall. The place is amazing, very beautiful and cozy! It feels like everything has been done with a soul!!! The atmosphere is just great! It's a good place. Silence, pine trees, helpful staff. There is no problem to call a taxi to the city. If you need silence, come here. Just keep in mind that there is no shop and cafe within walking distance. The nearest shop or cafe can be reached in 5-12 minutes by car. The breakfast at the hotel is hearty, the coffee is delicious. There is a water cooler, board games and a pleasant lobby on the 1st floor.

Since there are not many options for overnight accommodation in Borisov, we stayed here. The place is cozy, located in a wooded area. There are gazebos on the territory, you can sit and relax. The prices for housing are reasonable. Of the cons: the food is expensive, the tank range is nearby, it was loud at night.

It 's a very strange place . On the one hand: the beautiful territory, the forest, the surroundings, the appearance of the hotel, even the lobby (although it is always dark here, and it is not physically comfortable coming in from the street) On the other hand: the rooms themselves are a disaster, the room is filled with smelly junk, not antiques!. There has been no repair since the foundation, everything creaks, cracks under the door, audibility like in a conservatory, a shower room is 100 years old, a bed, smelly pillows, linen the color of which does not exist in nature, windows of a strange size under the ceiling, they cannot be opened from the Floor. However, the TV is new. The food, I assure you, will not feed you worse! The staff is also friendly, tortured and offended by life, they keep an eye on the guests, even the cleaner, any request causes them protest and indignation. Yeah, the room is also dark, no, this is not a feature of the hotel, it's saving money on everything! In the world, the staff, the products, it's all clear, we are not aliens, But the prices are not much lower than in the hotel, which is located behind the fence, we went there, by the way. Prices are higher there and it is packed with tourists, and life is in full swing there. And here for 20 years there has not been a single repair, even cosmetic, not to mention the replacement of linen, pillows, etc., this is probably damage)). A very poor sight in general.

A magnificent, very soulful place! In March, we celebrated my husband's anniversary in the white hall, we were very satisfied!!! The kitchen is very tasty, the dishes are all wonderful, the service is excellent. The receptionists were great at preparing the banquet menu, we didn't even have to think, we were very satisfied.
The hotel rented several rooms for us and visiting guests, the rooms are nice, very clean, the receptionist Olga conquered us with kindness and a smile. Good luck and prosperity to you! You did well!

In the summer of 2023, while traveling, we stayed overnight at the Dudinka City Hotel.
We were greeted by a charming hostess who solves any problems. Fast, fast, polite.
Despite the 3 weddings that were held nearby at that time, the room was quiet.
The place is cozy, clean, tidy.
The room is large, spacious, and has all the amenities. The sleeping places are wonderful. I was surprised by the breakfast that was included in this price (believe me, the summer prices in the district were wow, unlike the normal cost of a Dudinka. The breakfast is hearty and delicious in a separate dining room...
we are very grateful to the hostess Julia.
She is not just a good leader, she is a beautiful, intelligent, open-minded woman.
She saw us off with gifts...They remembered this place and Julia with a kind word.
Only now, having found the time, I am writing a review.

Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. They will be fed fried eggs, cheese, sausages and grilled sausages, coffee beans or tea to choose from. A hairdryer will be provided at the reception, there is nothing superfluous in the rooms. Soap, gel and towels. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The suite has a panarama window and a luxurious terrace. A very atmospheric father. They are waiting for you here again. Большая удобная территория с беседками.
Красивый холл,доброжелательный ресепшн.
Однако номер попался неочень удачный. Уже весьма "усталый". Диван так и не разобрался. Антенна в телевизоре не работала. И было прохладно. По чистоте тоже на троечку.
На завтрак кофе/блины/бутерброды. Было неплохо. Цена отличная,но до соседней гостиницы не дотягивает сервис.

There were 4 nights here. The intention is better. Clean. Slippers are available for a fee. The restaurant has not been open for days. They cooked especially for us during the day, the choice is not great. Breakfast was included in the room rate. There is a pool table. It is located in the forest. To the store only by car. In the evening, only tea will be poured at the hotel.

К банкету блюда были сносного качества, но внешний вид так себе. Не все, но многие блюда я бв гостям на стол не поставил. Вторым негативным моментом был отказ подать лед к напиткам. Сначала был просто отказ, потом рассказ о том что льда нет. Попросили заморозить хоть немного. Через час льда все ещё нет и выясняется что работу льдогенератора надо дополнительно заказывать и оплачивать. Ещё через несколько минут наконец пообещали все таки заморозить немного… ещё через час лед все таки предоставили.. лучше поздно чем никогда, но элементарные вещи должны быть доступны по умолчанию

Усадьбу "Дудинка-Сити" не посоветую никому.
Подъехали в ноябре 2020 г. забронировать банкетный зал для проведения свадьбы в августе 2021 г. Едиственное, что понравилось - просторный банкетный зал, т.к. гостей должно было быть 70 чел.
Территория не ухоженная и неуютная, администратор с недовольным выражением лица. Записали нас карандашом в блокнот, договор заключать отказались, сказав, что еще рано, и что перезвонят в январе. В январе 2021 г. не дождавшись звонка мы перезвонили сами, настаивали на заключении договора и внесении предоплаты, но нам снова отказали.
Меня эта история очень напрягала, т.к. нет договора - нет никаких гарантий со стороны усадьбы. В феврале я позвонила снова, чтобы настоять на заключении договора, а мне сказали, что на нашу дату записаны другие. Якобы мы позвонили и отказались от брони, хотя такого не было. Доказать я ничего не смогла, т.к. договора со мной они не заключали. И даже предоставленные договоры других подрядчиков (ведущая, выездная регистрация, видео и фото съёмка) не было для них доказательством.
Как выяснилось позже, так в "Дудинка-Сити" поступают регулярно. Не заключают договор, вычеркивают вас с брони без вашего согласия и даже сообщают об этом, а на вашу дату записывают нужных им людей (брата, свата и т.д.). Короче, процветающий СОВДЭП.
Но не было бы счастья, да несчастье помогло. Благодаря этой ситуации мы забронировали банкетный зал в усадьбе "Бивак" и у нас все прошло идеально.

Бронировали номер за неделю, приехали и услышали, что предыдущие гости наш номер продлили, поэтому он занят. Нам предварительно ни кто не звонил, не предупреждал, поставили перед фактом. Ни каких скидок или ещё каких извинений кроме словесных. Вместо трёх комнатного номера получили однокомнатный. Интернет толком не ловит. В душевой кабинке проломлен поддон. Холодильник толком не остужает, максимум на пару градусов от комнатной температуры. Ламинат на полу прогибается и вздулся. В общем может когда то и было все ок! Но это было давно. Гостиница своих денег однозначно не стоит (ценник как в Минске, Бресте). Поесть только в городе - км 4 ехать на машине, в гостинице только завтраки. Обстановка в коридорах и фойе - отличная, этим и подкупает по фоткам. Однозначно НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ.

Круто в том что там можно купить алкашку. Иногда приезжаешь , а свое закончилась. В биваке не купишь. А в Дудинке в ресторане есть. Да и место само по себе там хорошее
