We booked a table in advance and arrived on time- but we had to wait another 20 minutes until the table was free. They offered to take a walk while the table was occupied (it was raining outside)) As a result, the four of us waited at the entrance at a table for two))
Then we were placed and we made an order. The waiting time for the first dishes from the order was 70-80 minutes. Before that, they brought only water and that's it! No bread baskets, light snacks from the establishment - nothing! My hungry children and I waited for food and drank water for more than an hour))
And in the end, when calculating, the administrator (a young lady) did not even consider it necessary to apologize for such a long wait. She calmly said, "the waiting time for your dishes was only 1 hour and 10 minutes, this happens when there is a high load." And that's it))
The food is ordinary, there is nothing to comment on.
Although I live nearby, I won't come and recommend it to anyone else. Such administrators do not need to work in a restaurant, but at the factory entrance or as a conductor - a suitable place for such "customer-oriented" employees))

It's a very beautiful place. great food, calm music, you can spend a great evening in adult company. It will be more difficult with preschool children. Very comfortable and soft sofas are quite close to the tables, it is convenient to eat, but it is difficult to get in and out (that's what children have to do with it). Perhaps it seemed that the waiter looked at us crookedly, although the tips were good and were not the first time. In general, I recommend it as one of the best places in the area, especially if you want "folk" food, with salsa, cucumbers, mushrooms and other yummy things.

It's a very beautiful place. The best place is beyond the MKAD from Minsk . Spending time in this place will be with good and positive emotions for you.
The only drawback is that it will not be so easy to get to Dubrovnik. The road leading to this institution wants to be better , since you may not be able to accelerate on this section of the road because of the gravel strewn all over the road section , on which you may drift. So, dear drivers, be vigilant with the choice of speed limit on the way to this institution.
Overall , I was pleased , the prices are not very biting , but also not cheap !

We stopped by earlier to order tables, two days later, arriving at the appointed time, it turned out that the tables were occupied and we were offered a place in the offending room at the entrance with a kitchen and toilet, after the time had elapsed, we were transferred to our tables and fed tasty, but with a small twist, half of our company did not climb off a white friend (maybe a coincidence, I won't slander you). A super picturesque place on the shore of the reservoir. A very beautiful terrace, romantic places with trees on the shore. Kids have a place to frolic - a playground with a trampoline.

It's worse than it was 2 years ago.
1. Very large portions. That is, you make an order, but you can't eat it.
2. If you sit on the outdoor veranda, then there is trouble with the delivery from the kitchen and especially drinks from the bar. It's too far for the waiter to carry, especially the drinks. Yes, there is also a descent from 2 stairs. The drink will definitely splash. I.e., you take a glass, and it's sticky from the spilled drink.
3. In general, the kitchen is good, clear and tasty. But portions should be reduced.
4. It is clear that there is a shortage of waiters on the market now. Apparently, we need to raise our own from scratch. They confuse orders. Although the people are not fully boarding.
The result: the kitchen is a credit, the service is not paid. 🙂 It is recommended to visit for a peaceful rest with food in the background.

A restaurant that we visited once a week. But don't set foot there anymore. Having made the most expensive dish on the menu poorly, they were refused by the chef himself when asked to redo it. Although the administrator Olga admitted that the dish was made incorrectly. Two weeks have passed and no one has called back to the request to contact the management.

We celebrated our wedding at this restaurant. It is located in a very picturesque place, and it attracts attention with its majestic appearance. We were impressed by the outdoor terraces, vegetation and a playground. I didn't like the plates on the walls along the stairs. The candelabra would look better there, it seems. The interior is cozy and elegant. The table setting was impressive, but we didn't like all the food. The waiters are polite and friendly, but why do they pour the leftovers from the bottles into the glasses of the guests while they are dancing? After all, they were told: we will pour ourselves. As a result, white wine was mixed with champagne twice in my glass.🤢

I liked Dubro! A very atmospheric place, it's worth going out of town. Maybe it's a wonderful summer evening, but I liked the atmosphere, it was very calm and relaxed. I can't say about the kitchen as a whole, I liked everything that was ordered. She was served by a very nice girl, unfortunately I did not remember the name. I would like to mention the summer terrace separately, it is very picturesque, although we preferred the main hall, a table by the window overlooking the water.

The expectations were high, but the staff service was upset, the tables were not cleaned after past customers, hair, crumbs on the tables, when calculating, 2 rubles were somehow added to each position of the dishes, etc.

We held an event for 20 people here and absolutely all the guests were extremely dissatisfied! They ruined the party.
The staff did not get into any timing! No amount of persuasion worked on them. For example, we waited for tea and coffee for the cake at the end of the evening for almost 2 hours.

A wonderful restaurant in Raubichi, we got a little lost on the way, but then we found it. The restaurant is very good, the interior, service and menu are beyond praise. We celebrated our birthday, were with a group of guests, and enjoyed everything very much. The dishes are hearty and large portions, the waiters are courteous and polite, background music, a beautiful view from the window. The waiting time for dishes is up to 20 minutes. We visited this restaurant today (05/13/2024), the table was not booked in advance, the restaurant was not crowded with visitors, we waited for the order to be accepted for more than 20 minutes, and then almost an hour of its preparation, given that there were many visitors who came much later than us and were served much earlier. After almost an hour of waiting, a cold dish was brought to my husband, and there was a hair in my portion of coal fish. This is not the first time we come here and once again we are convinced of the unpleasant and unprofessional attitude towards visitors, with the declared status of the institution as a restaurant, the service must match! After such an attitude, submission and apologies in the form of: "let's make you a cocktail or coffee, we have a lot of excitement today", which my husband and I did not see, I think this is not a very good reason for the service in the last place and such an attitude, I definitely do not recommend!!!
Wasted waiting time This place is definitely not worth it!

Either we were unlucky with the waiter, or with the terrace ...
But the second time we didn't like it at all.
