I really liked the interaction with Alexey, everything is clear, to the point, while being polite and courteous.
I booked a yacht for the manager and everyone was as satisfied with the service and organization as possible. In addition, the guests were an hour late for a walk, but Alexey went to a meeting and did not count half an hour late.
It's very nice to deal with professionals in their field when you don't worry about missing a moment, because they have provided everything for you.
I was sent such a detailed FAQ at the stage of booking a yacht that after reading they removed all the questions that had not even had time to arise in my head.
