Maybe the first terminal is better, but I didn't really like the second one, poor duty free, there are few cafes where you can eat, there are a lot of people everywhere, there is nowhere to sit, maybe that's how we got there.
A good airport and duty-free, there is everything you need, a long waiting time for check-in, there is an exchange office, and many cafes, there are enough places to wait
Registration is fast, there is no queue. The staff is friendly. The waiting room is large, the place was found without difficulty. Cleaning is carried out regularly. There is a large selection in the shops.
Probably today this is the best airport that we have been able to visit. Everything is on the level. Cleanliness is 5+, the business room is similar. The store is also DUTY-free, and not otherwise. The impressions are only positive.
If you know a few phrases in English, then you can quickly find the starting point of your plane at the airport... People are friendly and welcoming... You can connect to Wi-Fi and ask your questions through a translator... In general, the country is comfortable and safe for tourism...
It's just a huge airport! Everything is very fast! There are a lot of check-in counters . Actually from the moment you get off the bus (together with registration and customs inspection)and it took 15 minutes to get to the duty free zone!!! There is no such thing anywhere !
An old little terminal. In fact, a couple of duti-free stores (one cosmetics, the second alcohol + chocolates), 6-7 pieces of catering outlets, fast food mostly.
There is no subway, this is the main disadvantage itself. There are few seats, almost always quite densely occupied by passengers
A beautiful and spacious airport. An unimaginable number of Duty Free shops, courteous staff with knowledge of the Russian language, fast service and high-quality goods
There are a lot of people, these are not our airports, not very pleasant impressions, payment in stores only in cash or with a Union Pay card (but not everywhere), duty free is for something more expensive than in other countries. You pass through passport control quickly.
Cons- the hall is very cramped, there are practically no seats. Sometimes you have to wait for an empty seat. The terminal sends passengers from third world countries - Indians, Pakistan, Arab countries, etc., and Russians. This is why the table in the VIP room is somewhat meager. Duty free is also too small and the range is not great. We wanted to buy olive oil, but we didn't find it...The prices are exorbitant, despite the duty-free zone.
The terminal is the "poorest" in the airport, but everything is convenient and fast enough: registration, border, inspection.
Dutik is like everywhere else, neither better nor worse, the prices are quite adequate.
It's a good airport. You can always find a place to relax in the waiting room.the shops are excellent, the prices are adequate.the toilets are clean. The waiting time is exactly on schedule!
This airport has several terminals, where we were, well, just like in the village, it's too small.
There is no place to sit down, there is no normal food, sorry, I can't put more than 1.
The airport is huge, everything goes very fast, there are a lot of places to sit everywhere, passport control is very fast and they give you a 1 GB SIM card for 1 day, the duty free zone is huge, you can buy from souvenirs to equipment
I gave 5 stars for the service staff. After the surgery, there was a flight - and I was very lame, at our Vnukovo Airport, everyone doesn't give a damn about you, they make you walk around their empty counters. they not only helped with the suitcases, but also opened the corridor. That's what I consider a service.
It's a good airport. It is well thought out. They are allowed to enter customs without waiting in line with children, I have not observed this in other countries. A dutik with adequate prices. Of the minuses, these are quiet boarding announcements. So keep an eye on the scoreboard.
I never thought about it. That Dubai Itself, the center of tourism, will have such a disgusting airport. Cramped , narrow , without shops , cafes. There is nothing close to resembling the beautiful huge airport of another major tourist country on the Bosphorus. Well, it's just unattainable to our simply magical capital ports.
Spacious room, lots of seats. They quickly and calmly passed passport control long before check-in and boarding. There is good ventilation in the waiting room.
There are many places where you can have a snack while waiting.
There are places to charge phones.
Didn't notice how the waiting time for landing flew by
Everything is of course beautiful, but! I was stuck in it for about 9 hours....but! There are no sockets from the word at all. I found several of which worked 2. You can charge via USB only near Starbucks. I have a different connector and that's it....austerity.
Young people, mostly from Pakistan, sit without shoes and dry socks on windowsills
The stench is such that my eyes water.
Small children will be changed right in the toilet. It's terrible of course. There is no mother and child team
Otherwise, everything is as usual.
Sheremetyevo is much cooler, in my opinion
The whole process of tax refund, check-in, baggage check-in and passport control was quick, for those who pre-checked in for the flight there are separate counters. The boutique is small, the prices for alcohol and jewelry are pleasant, for electronics, watches, perfumes and cosmetics are about the same as in Dubai itself. They take buses to the board.
A very convenient airport. Money can be exchanged immediately on the spot at a relatively normal exchange rate. There is a place to eat. Duty free is a little small, but I'm not a fan.
Terminal 2 is small and very convenient. I liked that there are no queues anywhere. They arrived at the airport four hours before departure, and the check-in desks were already open. Friendly staff, quickly checked in, checked out and calmly waited for boarding the flight. You can pass the time in duty-free, or in various food courts.
The airport is large in area , but clear - the arrival zone , the departure zone... In short , you won 't get lost . All ads are duplicated on multiple monitors. The only ( tiny ) disadvantage is that it 's too hard for those who are not friends with the English language .
A business lounge, just no one. There is very little space, either chairs or armchairs are not very comfortable. The airport itself is clear and convenient.
Not the most convenient airport. There are no children's play areas. There are very few chairs in restaurants. The building is not enough for an airport of this scale.

Excellent fast service, friendly staff. There are a lot of signs, as well as the help of employees, they will tell you the bus schedule or tell you how to get to another terminal.
What could be more expensive than Dubai?
That's right, Dubai Airport!
And this is the only negative
In general, a pleasant and understandable airport.
There are many shops and cafes.
A clean and spacious toilet.
Hello! Boarding tickets and passport control were quick. But the terminal was packed and there were practically only Indians and there was not even a place to sit. This is of course a big minus for such an airport and considering that we had a flight delay of 2.5 hours. Everything else is fine.
A thoughtful and convenient airport. The child is allowed through certain windows. Everything is very fast, the luggage is brought immediately, there is no tedious waiting.
The airport is small because it is located in the center of Dubai. The duty-free is also small, mainly sweets, alcohol, perfume. Cafes are expensive and only fast food. The contingent consists of the CIS countries and India.
A huge complex of several terminals united by a common infrastructure. Buses run to remote terminals (35 minutes on the way). The main boutiques are open around the clock.
There are many airport employees who will help you. We found the place of our registration very quickly. There are a lot of people, but the work of the airport is organized in such a way that staying at the airport is as comfortable as possible.
A huge airport with a developed infrastructure. Simple logistics that allows you to navigate without knowing the language. Also, the excellent work of the tour operator, whose guides are literally at every step👍👍👍
Excellent airport, everything is thought out and convenient for passengers. There are many souvenir shops. In duty free there is a large selection of goods for every taste and purse!
A gorgeous airport.
Good terminals.
A large number of dutifries.
Sellers speak many languages.
There is a business lounge of different airlines, for not a lot of money you can spend time there.
A huge airport. I was very pleased that the check-in was not an hour or 2 before departure. We were brought in 3 hours and immediately passed it without queues and jostling. And the attitude of the staff towards families with children...It's something, they let us through everywhere without queues.
The fastest and most correct service, loyalty and courtesy ,pleasant temperature, there is a room for sleeping, clean restrooms, it seems that the passenger is not indifferent👍
I decided to take the metro to Terminal 2, as I glimpsed that the airport was indicated on the metro map. When I sat down and looked more closely, it turned out that there was not a direct line from the Dubai Mall, the station in terminal 2 has a name that is not associated with the airport in any way. It takes about 1.5 minutes on foot from the metro to the terminal. There are a lot of people in the subway. It's better to leave in advance so that you don't have to run like me.
Check-in and passport control take place quickly at the airport. So there is time to eat and buy in DUTY FREE, which has both drinks, sweets, and a few branded items, cosmetics, perfumes, and typical souvenirs of their UAE, if you did not have time to buy earlier.
A very large and new airport, but there is a problem with moving between terminals, the road can take up to 30 minutes and it is possible to get to the second terminal outside the airport from either an hour on foot or by taxi.
I would recommend making some kind of shuttle outside the airport from terminal 1 or 3 to terminal 2.
An excellent airport with convenient and functional areas for passengers, view windows where you can watch the planes. There are a lot of people, but the flow is moving fast.
