I want to express my great gratitude and admiration for Diana's work! The first time I got to her on a recommendation was in 2021, when I came to a session from another area, and I was very pleased, as they completely changed the image! And Diana is the only one who said that I have a feature about the growth of one section of hair on my bangs! And every time I come to her, she knows what I need and remembers all the details. Today I was at her place again, we are planning a coloring and I am so glad that I can be absolutely calm about the result, because I trust her and this is not for nothing) it is very important to find my master, I found him for myself. By the way, it's great to see Diana's growth now as an art director! A lot has been done over the years! The atmosphere in the studio is very pleasant and the service is excellent! Special thanks to the administrator Alexander for his attention and concern for the client! In general, I'm even here from another area, but I'm on my way.

She joined the studio in September 2024, to master Elena. I've been going for six months and I'm thrilled with every visit! The work is impeccable. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I always hear compliments about my hairstyle. I definitely recommend it! I wish the studio and everyone who works in it good health, creative success, inspiration, and prosperity!

I strongly do not recommend this salon!
Here I got perhaps the most unsuccessful haircut in my life. After more than a year of growing my hair, I expected a professional approach, but Master Kristina not only ruined the shape, but also left the hair so short that now it is almost impossible to fix it. The haircut turned out to be without a shape, and the hair was profiled so that within 30 minutes after the salon styling, they turned into something similar to fluff and feathers.
Initially, Kristina was shown a reference to a bob-bob haircut from the salon's portfolio on Instagram, with separate comments about the bangs and the shape of the haircut on her face. But even that wasn't enough. Already at the drying stage, it became clear that the result did not correspond at all to either the example or my wishes. When I started making comments, Kristina said that she "couldn't keep working like this." After a short pause, the work continued, but the length of the hair decreased by another 4 cm, and the density disappeared with each "final touch".
In the end, my comments were ignored, and Kristina constantly shifted the responsibility onto me.: "You don't explain well," "You wanted to do it yourself." This attitude is the height of unprofessionalism!
And that's not all. The owner of the salon insisted on paying for the service, referring to the costs of water, electricity, shampoo, disposable towels and collars — which is simply absurd. What did I end up paying for? For a ruined haircut and a complete lack of professionalism?
Master Kristina, I sincerely wish you to find a job where you do not need to communicate with people — this is clearly not your strong point.
This salon is the worst I've ever been to. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Take care of your nerves and hair, avoid this place!

I have been to this studio more than once, I am satisfied every time! No matter which master you get to, everything is always fine. I visited Elena's master, she gave me a wonderful haircut, and I also visited Kristina, who also did a great job: she suggested the best way and was able to get into my request, it's very good when the master knows his job!
