A good hotel to spend a few days in Yerevan. Acceptable price, for 4 days about 12 thousand Russian rubles. Breakfast is included, quite varied and dense. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need to stay. There is a bathroom with a shower, a room with a bed and a TV, which is enough for an overnight stay, because during the day there are excursions and walks around Yerevan. If we are not only sleeping in the room and waiting for a taxi to the point, but spending time, it may be worth looking at other options. There is a Wi-Fi connection, the staff speaks Russian.

The rooms should have been repaired by now. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very inconvenient. The closet has doors along the bed, the doors do not open, you have to squeeze things in there.
The breakfasts are excellent, very diverse: eggs, vegetables, salads, porridge, mashed potatoes, fried chicken, sliced cheese, sausage, coffee, tea, compote. A huge saving of time and money for such a big city.

The price/quality ratio is good. I didn't have enough second blackout curtains in my room to cover the window completely. The windows overlooked an abandoned construction site. The water was poorly drawn into the drain barrel, the foot towel was wet when I checked in, and then some internal stains were found on it. The towels smelled of bleach, it's not a problem for me, but people who are allergic to bleach can move in and it will be critical. All the staff is friendly and speak Russian, which is very pleasant. The breakfasts are monotonous, and the choice is small, but you will not stay hungry. The coffee is fresh and instant. In general, for such money it is very good.

A cozy small hotel, the center is within walking distance, a quiet colorful courtyard. It is better to climb the stairs to the hotel from the side of the picturesque abandoned cable car. The room is clean and modern. Great big bed! Two soft mattresses, comfortable pillows, nice linen. Polite staff. Fridge. There is a kitchen with a microwave, kettle and tea.
Of the disadvantages, the only thing was that the curtain was a little narrower than the window, the light of a street lamp penetrated.

The room is clean, the breakfasts are great!!! Very clean, quickly settled, service at the highest level!!! Excellent location, near a supermarket where you can buy everything you need and change money. Cascade and Republic Square are within walking distance.

We got off the plane and booked a hotel, which was one of many on the list. I liked the price and the distance from the center. We got there quickly and settled in it. The room is clean, there is everything you need. Breakfast is a bomb, a special treat of this place. I thank the staff.
P. S please get a baby cot, with a small child sleeping in the same bed with his wife, it's just impossible. Success and development!

I stayed at this hotel from 08/17/2024 to 08/24/2024. This maxim hotel is for one night only to spend the night, I do not recommend staying for a longer period. The room does not match the stated one, poor sound insulation, while the rooms are in poor condition, the sockets are loose, there is no hood in the toilet, the taps in the shower do not work well, the bed linen leaves much to be desired, the towels are torn. Although the type of hotel opened only in 2020, there is a very strong feeling that it has been in this condition for 10-15 years. If you ask the staff for something, they all smile but do nothing. The price for it is very high, its red price is a maximum of 1000 rubles per day and it will be expensive for him.

One of the advantages of this hotel is its location relatively in the center, within walking distance of everything, close to the exit from Yerevan - convenient if you rent a car.
The kitchen is freely available - tea, coffee, microwave. Breakfast- you won't stay hungry.
The bed is clean, but shabby (personally, I had a duvet cover with a hole in the first days, then a pillowcase), the furniture is new, but there are no shelves, hangers. Poor ventilation . In the morning you know that breakfast is already being prepared.
With high demands on the level of comfort and cleanliness, you are definitely not here.

We stayed at The friends hotel in Yerevan.
As for the hotel: The room was clean, cozy, the mattress of the bed for two on springs (I think you need to take this into account, as this option may not be suitable for everyone)
it is better to appear at breakfast at the beginning, as part of the meal ends by the end. From food: potatoes, sausages, cheesecakes (very tasty), cheeses, sausage, eggs and semolina porridge.
I would like to mention Artek's manager separately.
Artek is an excellent manager who is ready to make decisions and take responsibility, resolve any controversial issues. He became an example of benevolence, responsibility and competent service. Thanks to him, our vacation was great!!!

I do not advise you to stay on the ground floor, since the window is not placed on the micro, and if the window is wide open, then there will be thoughts that someone will climb up to you from the street, it is very quick and easy to do this 😄

I liked it · good location, next to the active route - the old cable car - very quiet and calm homeless people, do not touch anyone and do not bother, just breathe
I didn't like it · it all starts from the front door of the hotel: the mat moves away with the guests to the reception. but there are employees there who sincerely believe that towels are a luxury and they are not needed every day and not every guest. There were no towels in the room. We had to wait a couple of hours to listen to the towels, but the joyful moment did not happen. I had to persuade them to give me sheets in order to dry off with something after a shower. Further… The bed turned out to be sick, with only three legs reaching the floor. The fourth one fell short (((( it's good that there were disposable slippers for leg extensions by the bed. Sheets, pillowcases - categorically do not fit in size and it becomes possible to wake up on a loose sheet somewhere outside the mattress. But the bonus is a show with sparkling electrified sheets. They are accompanied by a ceiling lamp that flashes off according to its metaphysical clock. Toilet: it smells like stagnant sewage, the mixer requires ingenuity. Hold the toilet paper in your hands - the holder has been dead for a long time. As well as a ring for a hypothetical towel. But there were dental kits - a brush and a paste. There are clothes hangers too - there are whole ones. The window can also be opened to drain the sewer, but not immediately - you will have to tinker with a broken handle. But there is a normal hair dryer and soap. The breakfasts are quite good - they brew coffee, homemade compote, there are snacks, cottage cheese, cheese, sausages and sausage, butter, etc. there is a good space with tables in the courtyard, a cat walks there - treat him to sweets, please!)

A cozy budget hotel. Friendly, friendly staff. The breakfast is quite decent. Our room was on the ground floor, and it looks like there was a leak in the pipes, after which the laminate swelled.
It is located near the center, directly from the hotel, stairs down past an abandoned funicular.

We paid for a room for a day a week in advance. When they came to the reception, they said that there were no available rooms. Although the money was returned, I had to look for another place. Booking is a complete mess, people don't understand where they are celebrating what. I do not advise you, you can stay outside if you are counting on this place.
