All the disadvantages of this small hotel are covered by the friendliness of the owner and staff, and most importantly - the living room in the basement, where a modest breakfast is served, but they are allowed to drink tea, coffee, lunch and dinner during the day, which is not bad, considering the fact that we always brought something with us from trips to the mountains.

A good hotel to spend a few days in Yerevan. Acceptable price, for 4 days about 12 thousand Russian rubles. Breakfast is included, quite varied and dense. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need to stay. There is a bathroom with a shower, a room with a bed and a TV, which is enough for an overnight stay, because during the day there are excursions and walks around Yerevan. If we are not only sleeping in the room and waiting for a taxi to the point, but spending time, it may be worth looking at other options. There is a Wi-Fi connection, the staff speaks Russian.

The rooms should have been repaired by now. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very inconvenient. The closet has doors along the bed, the doors do not open, you have to squeeze things in there. The breakfasts are excellent, very diverse: eggs, vegetables, salads, porridge, mashed potatoes, fried chicken, sliced cheese, sausage, coffee, tea, compote. A huge saving of time and money for such a big city.
