The store is called the Number One in the city, you can put it in the back first. The store is from the local Slonim meat processing plant, but there is a very meager assortment of meat products, I would say, without a choice: there are no cheap bones, skins, lard, there is no meat without bones (except fillets). Everything is averaged: butchering with skin and bone, if you want it, take it, if you don't want it, go to another store. There are no offal products. In general, the assortment corresponds more to the USSR standard. There are semi-finished products, but there is no variety. Prices bite terribly (in comparison). The store does not hear the customers. I have to go to other shops for meat. If possible, avoid the store. And this is the NUMBER ONE Meat Processing Plant.
