A very nice hotel, I stay in it every year, modestly, but very clean, the staff is friendly and courteous!!!

An old Soviet hotel. There is no charging for an electric car not only in the hotel, but also in the city as a whole. A one-night stand will do, but no more. It's pretty shabby, the hotel is a ghost of the past.
