I hope my review will read the manual and hold a conversation with the staff about the use of protective equipment during examination and diagnosis, you take a lot of money for the treatment of animals... Therefore, there should be a service regarding the means of protection, especially since it exists.

From my own experience, I can say that the Drug clinic is the best in our city and district. The most modern equipment, a wide range of services and examinations. Sometimes I bring hopeless homeless people who have been rejected by other clinics and have never been refused admission and treatment. Treatment is carried out at the highest level and hopeless people get a chance at life. I know for sure that doctors are not Gods, but here they are with a capital letter!! And the attitude towards all animals is very reverent, regardless of whether it is a stray or a pet with a sky-high price. And I know for sure that they will fight for the life of a fluffy here to the end, even if the animal has only one chance. But this chance will always be used. I have witnessed more than once when the doctors of the Friend clinic had to correct the mistakes of doctors from other veterinary clinics. And I really want to wish the clinic continued prosperity and adequate visitors. And if you want your pet to be in safe hands, then you are just here! And remember that the earlier treatment is started, the more chances there are for a favorable outcome of the disease. Therefore, you do not have to wait until your pet suffers for a week, and at the first sign immediately go to the clinic. And the treatment will be fast and it will be cheaper for you. And a full examination is desirable, especially since the equipment in the clinic allows you to do this at the highest level.

Then I was told to wait for a description, which was soon simply taken out and shoved into my hands without saying a single word (without an ultrasound photo). I went into the office and asked to comment on what I saw on the ultrasound, because for me it was unexpected, scary and unknown. To which I was given an answer: "I've done the research, your doctor will tell you the rest." At my request to comment at least in 2 words, this person gave me the following with a dissatisfied face: "I told you everything, he has a tumor. THE CAT WILL DIE!" How does it feel to hear the owner of a pet? Do I need to say in what condition I ran out of this place? The absolute lack of empathy and professionalism of this "specialist" calls into question his competence in working with animals and their owners. It would also not hurt to send some employees to customer communication trainings, although after reading the answers of the organization itself below, this question disappeared by itself...

There is no better place than this clinic. We had different cases. Sometimes it happened that it was not possible to save the lives of pets, but a lot was done for this, believe me. Doctors are not Gods (both in Medicine and Veterinary Medicine) . Admission is by appointment, ultrasound, X-ray, tests are all necessary on the spot.

13.12 the cat's condition has not changed and we took it to the same vet clinic, Dr. TABOLICH E.A. examined the cat, said that we exaggerated her poor condition, her stomach just got inflamed after surgery (she gave 5 injections!!! And a drip, I measured the temperature 39.1 or 39.i4 and said that it was normal and an ECG) The seam was good, they also said it themselves. I was scared, of course, even the cat asked a question, will it even live? I was told that I had screwed myself up and sent the cat on a drip, during this procedure the same doctor came up and offered to do an ultrasound. I agreed, they did an ultrasound and said gastritis was postoperative. They removed the catheter and said that tomorrow there was no need to do an IV, just come for an examination and get injections, and said that in the evening the cat would already eat, they gave a sheet with the appointment of more pills. I noticed that this leaflet does not indicate anything about gastritis and the condition of the cat during examination, I asked the doctor this question, she says, "I just did not count the ultrasound in the cost, do not worry." I bought the recommended pate and medicines and went home with the idea that everything would be fine and the cat would start eating.
She did not start eating, and the next day, on 12/14/12, her husband already took the cat and said that the cat had not started eating, to which another doctor said "miracles do not happen, you need to continue to treat." My husband also said that the doctor did not look at the animal's card and began to convince him that he needed postoperative injections. Then I finally figured it out and gave 5 more injections and an IV with three drugs already. He said that the cat should already be eating today, to the indignation of her husband that it was already said yesterday, he said that your wife was offered tests but I refused. He called me, I replied that I was not offered anything and sent the paper that I was given. Then they tried to say that verbally. And they still didn't take the tests.

I started calling the clinic and asking what I should do , maybe some swelling , etc. He didn't tell me anything intelligible.

At the moment when I was already writing a claim, security officers (police) drove up and the director came in (they apparently called without the director's knowledge because she was very indignant at the employee who called the doctor), respectively, the police had no complaints against me since I did not violate anything. They issued a warning to the director for a kind of false call. I told them everything and asked them to be present during the conversation with the director. She was very categorical, she did not want to talk in front of them, but thank them for saying that they would attend themselves. Of course, the specifics did not come out of the conversation, the clinic says this is an operation and risks, etc. And I tried not to talk about gastritis anymore, but maybe you have poisonous plants at home. What a toxic relationship with a small child.To the outrage that her husband was not even given an extract for 14.12, she went and did it, and there were already the results of the examination. Although there was no conclusion.

I really blame myself and suffer that I did not take the situation into my own hands in time, but simply trusted the "professionals". A very strange death from postoperative gastritis. Our cat was mongrel (such cats are usually less prone to all sorts of non-arcs, even veterinarians themselves say this), and she ate only premium food, which is advertised even in this clinic, and also did not ask for anything from the table and did not eat.What can be done in this situation , because the animal will not tell what hurts it . And it turns out to be a very good business. And for us it is a great loss of a young, healthy, beautiful and beloved kitty.

Очень хорошие квалифицированные ветврачи, очень хорошо относятся к животным, делают сразу комплексную диагностику что бы выявить заболевание, при этом распечатывают и дают рекомендации по лечению что когда и сколько давать животному, и сопровождают лечение до полного его выздоровления. При этом в клинике есть все необходимое оборудование и цены не кусаются. Однозначно рекомендую
Стерилизовали в этой клинике нашу кошечку Иви. Персонал отличный, видно, что все врачи, без исключения, любят животных и трепетно к ним относятся. Да, дорого, но это того стоит. Клиника оснащена самым нужным оборудованием, всегда чисто и аккуратно, врачи все делают в медицинской форме, перчатках и маске, это важно, не везде так. У нас было обследование, в ходе которого было выявлено отклонение, которое мы сначала пролечили, только потом сделали операцию. Врачи-молодцы, котейку отдали в адекватном состоянии, все показали и рассказали. Учитывая, как сильно я боялась этой операции, после обследования я успокоилась, потому что мы попали к профессионалам! ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО!!!

Отличная клиника. Оснащена по последнему писец ветмедицыны. Но самое главное здесь работают супер профессионалы. Грамотные и знающие врачи. Внимательны к посетителям и очень любят животных!!!!!!
Обращались с кошкой с очень тяжёлой ситуацией, они откозали в помощи, пришлось через пару часов обротится в другую клинику, так как не знали куда еще обротится. В итоге кошка пролежала 6 часов под кислородом и на ночь скончалась, я понимаю кошка в тяжёлом состоянии но отказать и не попытаться это конечно через чур, так что смотрите сами перед тем как обротится туда, есть намного лучше ветклиники в Жодино и работают позже.

Отличная клиника! Всегда помогали моим котам. Конечно желательно записаться на приём заранее, но по экстренному тоже могу принять. Очень отзывчивые врачи. Хорошее оснащение.
Жесткая выкачка денег. Без согласования и консультации врача, за которую было заплачено, набирают 10 шприцов и отправляют на кассу. За почти 300 рублей даже бумажку с заключением не выдали. Лечите что-то не знаем что.
Диагностика действительно хорошая, но какого либо заключения на основании ее вы не получите.
Обращались в клинику с собакой на УЗИ, неправильно определили количество, отправили домой с витаминами , по итогу ночью преждевременные роды и чуть не потеряли собаку . Были жалобы на состояние собаки , врач уверила ,что все хорошо. Доверять своего питомник этой клинике больше нет желания
Ветлечебница отличная, делал там своему песелю прививки, покупаю лекарства, ветврачи на высоте, а ещё соседи мои тоже возят своих питомцев сюда, рекомендую всем у кого есть братья наши меньшие!
Прием осуществляется только по предварительной записи. Кормов и сопутствующих товаров меньше чем в клинике в Смолевичах. Врачи работают те же, которые осуществляют приём в Смолевичах. Цены на лечение адекватные.
Выкачивание денег! Оставили среднюю зарплату белоруса. Не профессиональное отношение к пациентам. Недооценена степень тяжести травмы. Предложена и выполнена операция, которая не могла изменить исход. Диагностику сделали не в полном обьеме.
Собака выписана в удовлетворительном состояние! На утро нашли мёртвой!

Обратился один раз. Приём по записи и сразу сказали записаться и приехать через примерно час. Я был с котом у которого ранка на голове и просил только посмотреть. Дождался пока всех приняли и даже тех кто пришел после меня ( типа по записи), пока сидел спросили данные: телефон, кличку кота, возраст и породу. Я говорю что породу не знаю, а они мне что он беспородный ( кот сидел в переноске, т.е. его не видно ), спрашиваю вы в породах разбираетесь, ответ - НЕТ. Заплатил за : осмотр ( постригли место раны, пшикнули чем-то), 2 таблетки от глистов - 58 рублей!, ошейник от блох - 10 рублей, дали таблетку они - 7 рублей! Цены тихи ужас, отношение высокомерное.

Отвратительная клиника. Сотрудники хамы. Администратор в первую очередь. Общаться с клиентами не умеют. Решать вопросы тоже не умеют. Клиентоориентированность нулевая.
Признавать свои ошибки не способны. Умеют только прикрывать свою пятую точку.
Видимо эту клинику кроме денег больше ничего не интересует.
Грамотный, тактичный персонал. Делали стерилизацию крупной собаке, всё объясняли,показывали, разъясняли. Всё прошло хорошо. Единственное не совсем точно оговариваются стоимость процедуры. Понятно, что случаи разные. Но хотябы +-100 руб, чтобы заранее рассчитывать финансово.
Записались на приём и рентген суставов для щенка лабрадора за две недели к Светлане Михайловне, приехали в назначенное время, нас приняли на 4 минуты, врач не прикасаясь к собаке сказала что снимки не нужны, что корм Brit Care очень плохой, спрашивать какой хороший не стал, учитывая ресепш в Royal canin, врач очень торопился к коту(видимо на операцию) по итогу оплатили 20 рублей за то, что мы приехали из Борисова. Отвратительное отношение.
Отличная Клиника! Есть все необходимое оборудование для диагностики, а какие врачи!.. 🥰

Нормальная клиника, с хорошими специалистами. Находится в не самом удобном месте в городе, но на автомобиле подъехать можно, есть стоянка. Цены кусаются, как и их питомцы
