The bar got one star, only from the good hookah service and the mood presented. Otherwise, the administrator was rude to us at the entrance after the usual joke. The waitresses are constantly busy with anything but serving the customers of the hall and serving the karaoke room. I do not recommend a young group of friends, apparently only old age and money for dancing waiters are appreciated here. When ordering a cocktail, Pepsi was brought, after waiting for 40 minutes, 2 cocktails were brought instead of one. If he wanted to get a book of complaints, the administrator expressed himself in a rude way about us and sent a subordinate to bring the book. After receiving the book and after answering the question: what is wrong? We did not even receive an apology, while writing the complaint, the administrator staged a demonstrative verbal reprimand to subordinates in front of us. The complaint book is also not properly certified (not according to the laws of the Republic of Belarus and the rules for the introduction of documents)
As a result: There was no attempt to exhaust the conflict, the service was terrible, the administrator's rude attitude towards us (not to mention that taking a picture of your ass is more important than customer service). I do not recommend anyone who has not reached the age of 30+, because in this institution you are judged only by your clothes (money) and if you are ordinary young people, you are dressed as you like and not
"expensive-richly". Then you will probably be seen only as a "rabble" to which you should not pay attention
. The administrator does not understand how he got his job with such a terrible attitude towards customers, as in principle waitresses. Thanks a lot to the ringer and only to him.

If I am not lazy the next day, a photo of my complaint number 90 will be sent to the state authorities for consideration, because you gave a fake complaint book.
