A very unpleasant smell is present in the toilet. The staff takes a long time to reach the client. The kitchen is a mess, everything is not relevant. It's very loud in this cafe, almost like at a disco. The drinks are all alcoholic and not healthy for the body. The food is also unhealthy and not tasty.

Great place. There are original tinctures, I really liked the foam unlimited. I will note the meat sets - the original presentation and the meat is very tasty. The prices are reasonable. And I especially want to mention the staff - they are all polite, they try to help with the choice and make the evening pleasant. I have been repeatedly and I will definitely go again!

The gastropub is good, pleasant atmosphere, fun!
BUT we ordered a pinza with prosciutto and it was just spent: as if this tweezer was bought in a store (semi-finished product) and warmed up before serving, the dough is thin, dry and firm, and, for beauty, spinach and cherry were thrown on top so that I thought it was delicious
This tweezer ruined the whole impression of the place!

Everything went wrong, the microphones were turned on, but given our vocal abilities, we couldn't hear (most likely the microphones were just turned off) which did not bring us any pleasure. 04/19/24 we visited this institution in order to try the "gastrofest" offer. And we would like to write an honest review! The first thing that, of course, drew attention to as soon as they entered the institution was the crush at the entrance, since there was a small passage, but the administrators tried to serve everyone promptly. The table was booked for 19.00, we were asked to wait a little, and while we were waiting, we were offered to sit at the bar. We sat down at the table in 15-20 minutes, there are no complaints in this regard, we understand everything, we were just worried that we would not have time to eat, since our reservation was before 21.00, but the waiter said that if we did not have time, we could still stay, so thanks for that)
As soon as we sat down at the table, the waiter did not drop the menu, only canned the table ( perhaps she thought that apart from the paid gastrofest, we would not order anything else) it was funny when the waiter clarified whether we had chosen something for drinks. Yes, we did, but we had to find the menu on the Internet.
The first courses were served fairly quickly, and the drinks did not wait long either.
Then they brought us meat, but without the side dish ( Swiss potatoes and green salad), which we were waiting for, but never got. Also, 2 plates were not served with the meat, but we managed to snag another waiter who quickly brought them.
Dessert was brought immediately after the meat (without side dish).. Then we realized that the girl was confused, but she hadn't been there for a long time and couldn't tell her about it, and at some point the receptionist was walking by, we explained everything to her and she quickly brought us this side dish.
Everything is quite tasty in terms of food, my girlfriend also liked it, but there are some nuances that were noticed after: there were no radishes in the salad, there were no cherry tomatoes in the cholermus and there were also no decorations on top of the dessert (this is when compared with photos)
We worked in this field ourselves , we understand everything, but still did not leave a good tip, since there was no service. Couldn't get high, so to speak. By the way, when we ran out of appliances, only the administrator noticed it, and in general, the girls of the administrators would like to highlight a special thank you, since they did well and we believe that they coped very well, saved their waiters as best they could))
At the next table, the guests waited for tea for 20 minutes, it was sad. And the other table couldn't ask for the bill for a long time, because there was no waiter.
Apparently, they did not calculate the staff for such a number of guests. But we believe that on a normal day without a fuss, everything is great for you.
And I also want to note that when we left, the waiter did not even say goodbye to us:(
It seems like little things, but still, when a guest comes to an institution, he wants to feel special. And today we did not feel this feature from the word at all.

When they asked to repeat the drinks, they brought drinks for 5 rubles more expensive (they chose😐 for us), they paid attention to this moment already when paying, but they did not want to spoil their evening. Actually, it affected the tip. It is unpleasant that the waiters deceived their guests!

I must say right away: we are not local - from the Russian Federation, from Moscow. We chose an institution using the scientific poke method and were pleasantly surprised: the most beautiful institution! We just wanted to have dinner, but suddenly we wanted to sing) They found a table for us, although they didn't book anything. We got a lot of pleasant emotions: good-natured visitors, cool DJs - a girl and a guy, help those who frankly screw up, cheer up, make even those who have a bear in their ear believe in themselves) And that's great! Very friendly atmosphere, nice guys- waiters. And what a great sound! There is something to compare it with, because we visit different karaoke regularly. In general, everything is cool! The guys are great. And another thing: I really liked the guy from Yaroslavl, he sang amazingly, especially "Lessons of Love". I just fell in love))) We will definitely come to Minsk again and definitely visit the "Firewood". We will recommend it to our friends. I visited this institution as part of the gastrofest. Seth was disgusting. A huge onion in batter weighing about 500-600 grams from a 2 kilogram set, tasteless chicken leg. The beer that was announced as part of the gastrofest at a price of 6 rubles was not, it was the cheapest for 8. Part of the set was cold. To sum up, I really want to change the phrase "The place I want to go back to" on the menu cover to "The place I don't want to go back to"

04.10 celebrated a birthday. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! From the good there is only a hookah, a cozy interior and a pleasant receptionist. Service – 0 out of 10. Not only did the waitress not know the menu, she was also openly rude ("due to the fact that your women were in the toilet for a long time, I can't set fire to hot", etc.), she tried to take away from the table a plate with sliced, then a decanter in which more there was whiskey. Alcohol was clearly diluted, otherwise how to explain why a decanter is brought when ordering a bottle. Cold appetizers (200 grams of carpaccio) were carried for exactly an hour, despite the fact that 3 tables were occupied throughout the establishment! The repertoire in the background mostly consists of obscene songs (dance like a stupid bitch *), but at the same time if you decide to order Leningrad karaoke, they stop in the process of performing and make a remark (the guys at the next table sang). As a result, they left hungry, sober and upset. Do something with the staff, at the moment there is no desire to come to the "eatery" with an above-average price segment and DISGUSTING service!
