The dishes were incomparable, the staff was young, attentive, polite and tactful. The service was excellent. The price tag is medium, lifting. We were satisfied. I recommend a visit.

What prompted me to write a review was the communication of the administrator Karina Protasovitskaya with clients.
The first sentence from her was rude and in a raised tone , although it was possible to say everything calmly.
Further, in the communication and the request to give a book of complaints, this negativity and increased tone were also felt. There is no respect, as well as attempts to communicate normally. I don't understand how they even keep such an employee!! As here, so in the book there have been complaints about her more than once.
The second is that many items were not on the menu, although it was not even a day off.
The star is only a waitress girl who did her job well and communicated politely. It would be better to make her an administrator, and not this Karina.
Will I come back? This is unlikely.
And who will be there and if you have any questions, then wait for this Admin, he will spoil your evening 100%, this is probably the only thing she can do.

I have been to the institution many times and what can I say... It wasn't bad at first, but for the last couple of years it's been a circus of some kind(
1. Deposits. Seriously? I understand on holidays, or when the workload is high, but when the hall is half empty and you are allowed in only if you are ready to leave 200 + rubles there?
2. Food. 50/50. Soups are normal, salads are 80% baked, the pancakes were sooo salty (maybe only I was so lucky), the ribs are very tasty, but... should I bring the girls portions of 700-900 grams? Taking into account the side dish and snacks, this is a lot. The desserts are not bad, especially the apple strudel.
3. The staff. I agree with those who write about unhappy faces, I have seen such. Most often, friendly young girls serve, BUT they do not understand what they are doing at all... confused and insecure, they do not remember orders, they confuse, they do not know what devices to bring to the dishes, they do not know the menu, they cannot answer anything, much less advise, they only smile. I'm not against young people, it's more a question for the administration, why don't they train their staff
4. Business lunch. I was walking by and decided to have lunch, the place had just opened (12.00). I sat down at a table, the menu was brought, I asked what would be the fastest, they said that the wait was about the same, about half an hour, because the cook cooks everything to order (let me remind you that this is a business lunch and for the first time I hear that it was cooked to order). In general, I ordered pancakes and tea. The waiter accepted the order and after a couple of minutes they tell me that I may have to wait even longer, because the cook has not come yet and will come in 30 minutes and in general he comes as he wants. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. Of course, I did not wait and once again I had negative impressions of this place
By the way, the prices for a business lunch do not differ from the prices of the main menu, which also surprised me. And in general, the prices for such a level of institution are too high (there is something to compare and not only in Pinsk)
As a result, it seems that the owners of the establishment do not care deeply about reputation.

Because recently everything is very relevant in Pinsk, it was not possible to find a place to spend time. They called from the pub "Firewood" and said that a place had been vacated. We have already started to call a taxi, but again the call. I was informed that an error had occurred and unfortunately there are no seats. We continued to wander around the city in search of a place to chat, but after 40 minutes, a familiar number rings again)

We were delighted, ordered a taxi, arrived, and on the spot they told us that the table, which was already calculated at the time of the call, had not left yet and they could not put us in……

Был в сием заведении по рекомендации с со своими престаревающими "гномиками" родителями. Впечатление неоднозначное. И оценка обусловлена, безусловно едой! Обстановка, не притязательна! Хотя, для города такого калибра, достаточно достойна. Разнообразие пивных напитков, больше удручает, чем радует. Меню, попытались сделать сбалансированным, что впрочим им, удалось. Больше всего убили шарм этого заведения - комары. В итоге между душным залом и верандой выбор по на второе. Обслуживание, можно назвать сносным. Мне, привыкшему к московскому сервису - его показалось мало. Самое главное, что отличило данное заведение - это вкус еды. То что было предложено, было Ооочень вкусным. Размер блюд средний - Но вкус. Он запомнился. И не смотря, на все остальные посредственные плюшки, сюда хочется зайти снова! Цены, по местным меркам, выше среднего. Желаю сиему заведению не растерять, своего Вкуса.

ПАБ Дрова Пинск - всегда полупустое, вчера стало понятно почему - оказывается в ПАБ Дрова большие столы только для заказа на 250 рублей, или Вас не обслужат, более того они даже не приносят меню а сразу сообщаю о цене - это что вымогательство? Никогда, нигде, не сталкивались с такой наглостью и глупость по отношению к людям которые несут в заведение деньги... Это позор для заведения. Полное разочарование что в Писнке есть такое место, друзья из другой страны были слегка шокированы.

Ставлю две звезды, первое еда максимально не вкусная и не съедобная, особенно под конец дня, официанты не приветливые и не улыбчивые, если хотите посетить это место, то не советую, есть места намного лучше, например бургерная мумо, где есть не только бургеры, но и много разной, вкусной еды!
