I got a haircut just before the New Year 2021 for the first time in this salon and the last. Alas. I've never had my hair cut so short before! you can't get a haircut, because it's very, very short!!!! And I, I note, am not 70 years old, but 43! I wanted something modern, but I got it...Plus, the milling is such that the hair only fluffs, and does not fit! Although I asked for an elongated haircut...She asked me to cut it just a little bit!
In addition, the master "shaved" the drawing from behind, without my knowledge!!! I consider this absolutely unacceptable!!! Yes, she showed the "rear view" at the end with the help of a mirror, but I didn't see this drawing! I only saw that it was very short...but she didn't say anything, but in vain!
Since I have poor eyesight, I saw this "shaved beauty" only at home! I work as a teacher. With such a haircut, of course, you will not appear in public and, moreover, at school! The next day I couldn't stand it, I called and went to their salon. Another master, as best she could, tried to erase this drawing, but, definitely, the mood is spoiled for a long time. It takes me a long time to grow hair. It's a shame to even go home with such a haircut! I'm afraid to approach the mirror. My mom, she's 68 years old, and she couldn't resist when she saw me..."Who's calling you that?!"
Here's a salon like this.
The salon did not offer any compensation ... alas.
P.S. a good master is not the one who knows how to cut and style, of course, they can, well, or most of them...A good master is someone who cuts hair in such a way that it is pleasant and convenient for a person to style a haircut himself, and look at himself in the mirror after the "salon styling" falls off ...
Dear masters! Listen to your customers! Ask once again, and don't be silent! Don't turn into robots! We trust your professionalism! And what's the answer?
