This is a relatively new opened ancient city remains which goes back to 2nd century BC. The baths are very remarkable. The usage of both Ancient Greek and Latin tells us that both languages were used. I liked the ‘bona fortuna’ mosaics in the aile of a house. Be ready to climb up the hill the city was built on.
One of the most beautiful ancient cities of the Aegean region of Turkey. It's about 20% excavated now, and when it's completely excavated, it'll be great! I liked the theater and the remains of houses with mosaics the most. You can see the water pipes, and the toilet area is interesting. There are signs with reconstruction and description everywhere. Walking and exploring is very interesting! There is beautiful nature around, sheep grazing.
