It's a very pleasant place. We had a great walk. It was after the end of the tourist season, and the cafe on the embankment was preparing to close. But on the other hand, we had a great walk around the territory without suffering from the intense heat. We sailed to the place on the yacht, it's easy to find a place for mooring nearby. There is a berth for the Aces.
A wonderful place where you can touch the remains of antiquity. It's a pity that the British took out a lot of things, but it's interesting to take a walk and meet a stunning sunset. I do not recommend driving in the heat, there is nowhere to hide, except in a restaurant where the food is so-so...
It's a very beautiful place, BUT it's hard in the heat, we didn't even dare to go to the lighthouse. You can swim in the sea, almost a private beach, ruins like ruins, Phaselis is more interesting. Some of the stone inserts are modern, which is not a very good type.
The cash desk does not charge euros / dollars, stock up on lira.
A wonderful place, it was interesting to walk through the ruins of an ancient Greek settlement. See ancient walls made of giant blocks, polished marble columns, an amphitheater, streets and much more. And also, an unforgettable sunset.
The place is very beautiful, you can walk through the ruins of the city. Go to the lighthouse, there is a stunning view from there. You can go swimming in the bay where the yachts are.
A very atmospheric place at sunset. Before reaching the city, there are closed coves with warm and clear water, but you can go down to them by SUV or on foot.
You can't drive here in the heat. The city is very big and you can walk around it for hours. If you plan to see everything, I recommend the weather below 30, bring water and food
A huge area for walking, it is better of course not in the heat, since there is practically no shade. There is a cafe and a restaurant outside that are not bad, you can swim. There is a toilet. Routes near and far along the trails. It is better with comfortable shoes and later in the evening. A marina and a bay where pleasure gulets come.
It's an amazing place. The ruins of a classic ancient Greek city. It takes about 2 hours by car from Marmaris, but it's worth it! There are remnants of a theater, temples, and a wall blocking the entrance to the military harbor. Tickets are not expensive at all. There is a small gift shop and a very decent restaurant with reasonable prices. Along the way, you can observe the daily life of people in areas where there are no tourists.
Magnificent in those years, it is not possible not to admire such a magnificent civilization, they did everything necessary for life, they brought water to the city from the mountain, a very rich life was offered to the people, probably maritime trade, very likely made this city strong
It is very beautiful, there is a secret beach, a lighthouse, the island of Greece is visible. A lot of exhibits were stolen (in London museums) but overall a great place
He who does not go does not lose anything, but he who goes gains a lot... Pay attention to the road, because suddenly you narrow and enter a bend, from place to place it becomes impossible to see the opposite direction.. the museum passes the card.
The city is located in a very picturesque place. Admission costs 50 liras. There is a good road leading there from Marmaris. There are several partially restored buildings that allow us to understand how it looked before. A good place to get in touch with ancient history and admire the beautiful views.
If you go there, go in the evening. There are amazing sunset views. The ancient city itself is normal, like all the others. The amphitheater is well preserved.
It was a bit far to go from Icmeler, but it's worth a look once, but you can only get by land by car, excursions don't seem to take you there. The views are beautiful, you can see the Greek island of Kos.
Pay attention when the roads are very narrow, the ancient kenet is very beautiful

Those who came by sea definitely need to come here)
But in the evening!))))
It's not really hot in the daytime under the scorching sun!!!☀️☀️☀️
In the late afternoon, when the sun is lower, you will walk without any problems and have time to take a lot of photos at sunset.🥰
For those who intend to shake on the bus, maybe it's not worth coming here?).....
Just ruins, just mountains, just the sea on both sides of the city) beauty😊
There are no shops, there is only one restaurant, you are unlikely to like swimming without a shower after salt water)
And so it's a cool place👍😁
It's a very beautiful place. It is better to come in autumn or spring, do not walk a lot in the heat. The road is good, but narrow and runs along the cliffs.
