There are more minuses than pluses: no parking, very loud music inside, medium-quality hookahs. Tea is brought in large electric kettles :) On the positive side, there is a large room and cheerful employees.

A pleasant place, a hookah of good quality! Prices are high compared to Russia, but it's probably normal for Latvia
