The usual one is not particularly remarkable. It should probably be a plus to highlight the availability of free Internet, which is rare for Cancun, well, the beach, although there is no one here. There are no waves, the depth is knee-deep. You won't be hungry for food, but you shouldn't count on special chic either. It is worth bothering with the dress code, many restaurants without heels, a ball gown and a tuxedo simply will not be allowed. Not justifiably expensive . There are hotels that are more attractive

Nice hotel. The location is pleasing. The beach is beautiful and wonderful for children.Problems with the restaurant. I always had to ask for just pasta, or mashed potatoes for children, because all the time some kind of sauce was present in the dishes. I wish there were fewer sausages and fries! There is a wonderful lunch on the beach in the afternoon. you will not find Mexican food as such, or rather it is, but the quality is not the same! For example, in an amusement park, a Mexican restaurant is exactly the one you don't want to leave. And the hotel is more like a canteen.

This is the most terrible hotel we stayed in January 2020. The food is terrible, there is a very poor choice, squid and tuna from seafood, and they cannot cook. In the Italian restaurant (ala carte), drinks were carried for 40 minutes, with a load of 3 tables. Sun loungers were occupied near the children's pool and toys, their clothes and shoes were left there, children's sandals and an air mattress were stolen. The staff primarily serves Canadians and Americans, since they tip from $20. Our 2-year-old son threw up on the bed, cleaning was called, the pillow, sheets and blanket were changed, and a $100 bill was issued for dry cleaning.

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are clean, regular change of towels, bathrobes. Room service, room service. Weak animation. Meals for 5, for every taste, but a weak menu for small children. The entrance to the sea is at 4, but it is better than the hotels nearby on this line.

Not a bad hotel for your money. There are nuances with the beach. Due to the location of the building, the sun appears on the regular beach only at 10.00- 10.30. Otherwise, I liked everything.
We paid extra for the "ocean view" - we did not regret it.

The best hotel! Great food, perfect service and the beach. There are no algae in this hotel due to its location. I am returning to this hotel for the 4th time.
