A wonderful complex! Incredibly beautiful territory, lots of well-groomed flowers, very clean everywhere. The beach is rocky, there are stones in the course of the sea, but a meter from the water's edge there is a sandy bottom, there are sun beds and umbrellas in it. Several pools. The service is very good: the staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is new, the mattresses are comfortable. The complex is of a very high level. I recommend it!

An awesome place for a family vacation. Sea of pools, overlooking the sea. Kilometers of walking alleys. Everything is surrounded by greenery. The staff is polite and friendly. Diverse cuisine, for every taste.

I went with the child. The rest turned out to be great. Just a stunning green area, lots of playgrounds, different pools, a large beach area. Very nice, the rooms are comfortable. Nearby, outside the market and a lot of small shops, if you need to buy something urgently, it is convenient. I liked everything very much! For children and adults, there is everything. I advise you to visit.

Wonderful resort 👍 (12km from Batumi), hotels, restaurants, cafes (for any budget)recreation areas for adults and kids (water park, children's playgrounds), swimming pools fountains shops ..... Excellent, friendly service. The only drawback is the seashore (large cobblestone, nowhere without slippers)

This is a fabulous place!!! The sea is on the first line, a large, well-groomed, modern, green area with many cafes, swimming pools, playgrounds, sports grounds, cozy corners!!! In a word - an oasis!!! I always want to go there!!!

A great hotel with a very green area and very tasty restaurants. My family is thrilled. The only caveat is that the construction continues and there is a railway nearby (although it is everywhere on the coast), this did not bother us, everything is done as unobtrusively and quietly as possible. I highly recommend it, there is everything to relax in both good and bad weather. But!!! be sure to take a fumigator, preferably 2, the territory is green, Georgian mosquitoes are something.. nothing takes them..)))))

We spent almost two weeks in this wonderful place. A comfortable beach, well-groomed territory of the complex, a pleasant audience. At the end of September, there was almost no entertainment left, as the water park, the Baskin Robins cafe, and the bowling alley were closed. But it was quiet, calm and empty. The beach cafe was not particularly pleased with the assortment and prices. We swam in the sea and in the pools, the sun had time to warm up. There is a magical Botanical Garden nearby.

It's all fire. We lived in apartments, ate outside the hotel on the territory of expensive restaurants. French fries 600p. I recommend the ShineLand restaurant. Nearby by taxi 8lari.

Luxury Hotel and Apartments.
Its own enclosed area, green, clean and spacious. We lived in the Oasis for a month. So we had time to fully consider all the advantages and disadvantages.

A big plus is the proximity to Batumi. But at the same time you have a gorgeous and private beach, where there are always free sun loungers. If you stay in Batumi, then the entire coastline is a public beach, therefore, there is a problem with sun beds in the season, and with cleanliness!)
Also the rooms themselves, we took an apartment on the ground floor with a terrace. All terraces are equipped with tables and greenery is planted around the perimeter. It's a fairy tale, breakfast and dinner on the terrace))
The territory is large and very green and there is also a pond with royal carp and a bit of modern art, always if you are too lazy to go to the city in the evening, you can walk around the territory or along the sea.
For understanding, many Georgian couples go to this hotel on their wedding day to hold a wedding photo shoot on the territory. It is really beautiful and there is something to keep an eye on 😉

There is no outdoor heated pool. So if it's cool outside, unfortunately only in the indoor pool.
The indoor pool is heated, large and deep (the depth around the perimeter is from 2 meters) you can not buy with children. But it's heated.
And you won't find a super design in it, rather it will remind you of a good Soviet sports pool.
Another of the disadvantages is a bar and a restaurant. The choice will be meager, the taste is so-so (if you really want to have a snack) and of course the prices are like in a good Moscow restaurant. So it's better to go to Batumi. Since it's obvious to overpay for an average kitchen, it's a pleasure.

The place is very beautiful, but the service is zero. There are no signs where to go to buildings, restaurants, etc.You have to look for everything yourself.In restaurants, the service does not match the prices and quality. The QR barcode menu system is inconvenient. If there is no phone, connection or WiFi, then it is not possible to order. For example, an Italian restaurant. There's only spaghetti and pizza to remind you of the name, the rest is alas. There is one thing in the pictures, but they bring funny fish portions, miniature ones. Over-dried chicken dishes, whether they were the day before yesterday, heated in the microwave. Very expensive! Portions from 45 lari, you won't get enough. A glass of wine is 15 lari, when you can buy a bottle of decent Georgian wine at a nearby store for the same money. It is easier to buy food in the city or outside the territory and cook at home in the apartment. You can save a lot of money. By the way, it turns out to be cheaper to remove them than to eat on the territory.

The rooms are comfortable, with sea views. The territory is very beautifully decorated:a pond with a fountain, koi fish, sculptures in the Art Nouveau style. However, in October the beach is dirty and there is nowhere to eat on the territory of the complex.
