It's very depressed place in winter. Cold apartments and personal always opens outer door. Tiny walls so if you get children in next apps your holiday will be ruined no doubt. Local cats is also a problem. Seems in summer you can't let the door opened without a chance to found a cat.
But without winter's weather problem it's nothing to do and nothing to eat in whole hotel complex.
Only one restaurant at top floor works but service there needs to be improved.
But I need to mention attitude of park. It's beautiful. Only I was needed are signs of tree types.

We rested here in August 2024. I really liked it.
The territory is large, well-groomed and green. There are many themed locations, several pools.
The beach is clean. There are sun beds, umbrellas and towels. It is better to go into the sea in shoes, it will be more convenient for your feet to walk on the stones.
We lived in the hotel building C. The room is spacious, comfortable with a sea view.
Cleaning every day; replenishment of water, tea, coffee.
Afternoon and evening programs for children and adults. There is a room for children.
The territory is closed and guarded.
There are several food outlets, a grocery store, a store with beach accessories, a liquor store, a couple of clothing stores, a pharmacy, an emergency room.
In general, there is everything for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful territory, lots of pools, excellent apartments, but there are nuances.The restaurants did not work all and somehow very poorly, where the menu is meager, where they do not pay attention to the customers who came to such an extent that they just had to leave, and the Georgians sitting next to them were simply licked, although they came later.There are also serious complaints about the water park.The first is that tiles were broken on the steps leading to the slides, a boy cut his leg in front of our eyes, my daughter was scratched.The second is that there was one operator for all the slides, respectively, a very high risk of injury.And the trouble with Georgia is the countless stray dogs, they are not on the territory, but they were behind the fence.But it didn't have much effect on the overall impression, so I took off only one star.

The territory is not bad, cleanliness is maintained. There is a lot of vegetation. However, all this is overshadowed by the low culture of some vacationers and some of their children. The protection of the territory, if there are guards, is weak. There are a lot of outsiders.
I don't like swimming pools and I don't use them. I am glad that they are there, it adds charm to the territory. The water park is usually crowded with outsiders, not from the Oasis, they behave somehow, in order not to catch some kind of disease, the administration strongly chemicals the water.
Food. All restaurants are insanely expensive, while the quality of the dishes does not match their cost.
I have been vacationing in the Oasis since 2015. The cost has increased by about 4 times, and the quality is constantly deteriorating, especially after the covid epidemic.
For the last 3 years I have not visited all these establishments at all.
The beach is not bad by nature. The beach service is suffering. In addition, in the last 3 years, sun beds and umbrellas have become paid.
Garbage collection from the beach is not regular and not thorough. In addition, smoking is allowed everywhere, many vacationers leave cigarette butts anywhere.

Not a bad nature. The actions of the administration are constant attempts to introduce a fee for everything that is possible, while formal control over the quality of service.
If this continues, then this place will lose its attractiveness in the future.

I liked. I recommend. But you won't be able to have dinner at the restaurant. There are banquets every evening. The territory is large and well maintained, the rooms are very cozy. On the ground floor there is an area with tables and armchairs. It's nice to sit and drink wine. I recommend Batumi draft beer. Just a bomb and the price is 3 GEL per liter.

Arrived, checked in🤦 the promised refrigerator did not work, when contacting the reception, they said that it was not a refrigerator, but a thermos! And that's it... Then the lights started going out. I found out that on the ground floor there is an electric cabinet in which there is a Chinese (inexpensive)an automaton that does not hold loads. They changed it three days later.
Otherwise, everything is OK, the breakfast is good, but it's always the same. The beach and pools are good

Of course, the extension of the room does not go through any gates... They offer you a day at once, you can't do it by the hour🤷

This is a very cool place!!!! I will be back 1000% the staff is friendly, polite! Everyone understands Russian if someone does not understand, then they invite an employee who understands. The room is generally a separate story, very cozy, clean and large!!!! We lived in a room with two bedrooms and a living room. Pastry chef in each room, cleaning on demand. 100 points to this hotel! It's just a pity that the fish restaurant was no longer working when we were visiting.

All the staff - students who work part-time in the summer season, are not interested in good service in any way. The territory is not steep. big yes, but far from modern. The whole hotel resembles a Turkish troika. Choose another place, there are no advantages in this hotel at all.

A very large well-maintained territory with its own botanical garden, three swimming pools, an aqua park, cafes and restaurants. In addition to the two new hotel buildings, there are beautiful houses with apartments, which can also be booked through booking. The beach is 500 meters away, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the Batumi Botanical garden with a huge territory consisting of different climatic zones (if you get to Chakvi, the botanical garden is a musthave). Everything in the Oasis is brilliant, perhaps, with the exception of breakfasts, which, to our taste, do not reach the level of the complex.
