Very cozy hotel. Very well-mannered staff. Well-groomed, beautiful territory, a decent area for Turkey. 5 or 6 swimming pools, a small water park - for kids and 8 large slides, in my opinion.
Cool beach... Gentle sand, no pebbles, no stones. About 50 meters from the shore, the depth is about 150.
Right on the beach of the hotel there are water activities - banana, parachute, water. motorcycles - prices as before quarantine in euros and dollars, in rubles, of course, are now more expensive than before.
Placed in a bungalow - 2-room rooms, 2 balconies, kettle - tea, coffee, cream, refrigerator with drinks, water daily, cleaning too. The safe in the room is 2 euros per day. Gym without payment, hamam paid.
We had a rest since October 1 - the weather is super, the sea is gorgeous. I recommend the hotel for a family holiday.

Very nice hotel, there is a transparent elevator.
There is a restaurant in the building, it is very tasty, but the assortment is not large.
Minus it is necessary to walk to the beach, but there is a free bus to the beach.
The beach itself is covered, it's cool. There is a small cafe on the beach, but the restaurant is very small.

Of the advantages: 1. The hotel is nice, you will get beautiful photos) 2. varied food: there are always several types of meat, fish is predominantly white, in 10 days it was red only once, a lot of salads and greens, fruits and an endless variety of pastries. For an additional fee of € 2, there are freshly squeezed juices. Waffles, pizza and ice cream are prepared at certain hours.
Objective disadvantages, because of which it is well not 5*:1. The transition from the heated pool to the spa area through a cold passage is inconvenient.
2. The road to the beach is through a driveway, not through an underpass, but through a road where there is no pedestrian crossing or traffic light.
As for the service, it is strange in places. A friend gets a call from the reception at 8 a.m. and speaks Turkish, she asks someone who speaks English to call back. Half an hour later, while she manages to fall asleep, they call back again and say ... in Turkish!! And the question was about the additional payment for the second child, i.e. . current issues that could have been resolved at check-out, or at least not at 8 am! Of the subjective disadvantages for me personally: the hotel is German, given all the circumstances, I definitely will not go there a second time. For example, both the service and the contingent: I stand in line for waffles and hold 5 plates, three for the children, 2 for me and a friend, in general, one for each. A German is standing behind me and talking to me in German, pointing at my plates. I answer in English that I don't understand him a little. We approach an employee who makes waffles, and the German starts broadcasting something to him. In fact, it is clear that he wants waffles before me. The employee has an apologetic face, antics. I explain to him that my children are hungry because we missed lunch, that I take three for children and two for adults, and in order not to create a crowd, I stand alone as a representative of our large company. And then the oil painting-he doesn't understand a word of English, I'm not talking about Russian at all, only German and Turkish, but in general, I think it was clear that I'm not going to eat these waffles in one person. However, he puts two for me and two for this old, apparently the hungriest German. The case was very revealing.
The beach is beautiful, the sand, the eye is pleased with the space, you can also order freshly squeezed juices there.
The territory is small, there is practically none.
The rooms are nice, comfortable, and the water is uninterrupted. There are no bathrobes, only for an additional fee of 1€ per day for a bathrobe. The hair dryer is not very powerful , but you can dry long hair if desired .
Animation 15 min. the same songs every evening for 10 days, but the child liked it. We had a show for several days.
At 22.30 the music stops playing and either at 22.30 or at 23.00 they stop pouring alcohol, then only for an additional fee. In general, the quiet hour begins)) And when we were sitting in a group downstairs on the last night before my departure, I won't say that we were shouting loudly or dancing on the counter, just chatting, the owner of the hotel Ali (at least that's how he introduced himself a few days before) He made a remark to us not to make noise. That is, the hotel is not something that is not a party, but frankly a pensioner, moreover, a German pensioner.
As a summary, for such money there are other hotels that benefit both in location and service.

I was at the hotel in March 2023. Mostly, German citizens were vacationing there. Apparently, that's why all the evening entertainment was focused on them.
The room was cleaned daily. The food was good.
The beach is across the street from the hotel. It's not very big, but there was enough room for everyone in March. Despite the low season, there was a bus to the beach. But it is also a 10-minute walk to the beach.
Internet is free on site. But a couple of days before departure, I had to constantly reconnect to be in touch.
Cats were not allowed in the restaurant, and they were also asked not to feed them.
The disadvantage was only in the settlement. They were not settled immediately upon arrival, and on the first floor. The view from the balcony is like from the basement. I had to constantly live with the curtains closed so that vacationers would not look into the room. But this is a subjective assessment, the room itself is quite spacious and comfortable.

It was at the end of February. In general, everything is quite good - the rooms are well renovated, wi-fi worked fine almost all the time (sometimes the network was overloaded and the speed dropped significantly in the evenings). The food is quite tasty, but without enthusiasm. Alcohol is local. Coffee is only from the vending machine. The guests are mostly elderly Germans. The window has a good view of the sea and the mountains. The indoor pool is warm, sauna, steam room and hammam are available, although on the floor below the pool. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. Nearby there is a long promenade that leads to the center of Side (about 5 km), not far from Karefour with normal prices.

I really liked the hotel! I had a rest there on winter holidays with two children at the meeting of the New Year 2023) we liked absolutely everything: the hotel itself, the service, the food, the animation, and how they organized a wonderful holiday for the New Year, the sea is close, a heated pool, daily shows, a children's room with our beloved Aisha, my my daughter had a doctor during our vacation, she was congratulated in the restaurant, at the disco and in the room, we were very happy with such a touching attitude))) in general, it was one of our best vacations, we would love to come again)!

I stayed at this hotel in October 2020 and it was wonderful - the weather is +25, there are no crowds of tourists, queues, the prices for the tour were very inexpensive. I liked the food, at the hotel itself and at the beach bar, I took a massage, also rented a moped and then another car - I didn't have to be bored 👍🏽 There was animation, but it was not interesting, and the slides were closed. The room is modern, with a balcony, everything you need is there. I will be happy to come back again!

We have been resting here since 09/27/2021, two adults and a 4-year-old child. Great hotel. I spent two weeks choosing, reading reviews and staying at this particular hotel. The rooms are modern, cozy - everything is civil (they were taken with a view of the sea). There are a lot of Germans, I don't see anything wrong with that, although there are enough Russians, but there are more Russian-speakers in Femel. The territories are adjacent to each other, the infrastructure is common, the restaurants are different. Not the first line, I worried about it in vain. The bus runs every 15 minutes, if you walk, then 5 minutes - it does not bother at all. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle, for children it is the best. There is a bar on the beach, from 12 you can have lunch right on the beach without returning to the hotel. And there is also a shower and a changing cabin (which is very convenient). The hotel itself has swimming pools, a water park. The food is good: meat, fruits, vegetables are all civilized. I read about the staff, which is like a bad attitude, etc. - I did not notice. They do their job, we don't contact them, there's no need for that. I'm pretty picky. But I am happy with the rest and the hotel. Make no mistake, the hotel is good. Thank you for reading this. It was in August 2021, the sea was hot, and only the pools saved from the heat. We lived in a two-room room. Everything is there, including free drinks in the fridge. 2 air conditioners. I liked the food. From 10 to 24 all alcohol is free. Anamator Gotcha is a good girl. At the same time, he speaks Russian, German, and Turkish, and is very diplomatic. And yes, there are a lot of Germans, Russians, Turks, not many. The hotel is family-run and therefore there are a lot of children and the disco ends at 23.30. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. There is 2 coastline to the sea. You can take the bus, but also walk for 7 minutes. All umbrellas, deck chairs, towels, Wi-Fi are free of charge. They did not live in the main building, but in houses. The same is good. I liked everything. I regret that I only took it for 9 days. As time passed, I realized that I want more))

I stayed at this hotel from September 1st to 10th. I was satisfied. A Russian-speaking girl met me at the reception. It was puzzling that the 5-star hotel has a paid safe (2 euros per day) and this is all one of the disadvantages. The cleaning is excellent. Towels and bed linen were changed very often. There are no shampoo bottles. So you need to take it with you. A Shuttle (a dead bus) goes to the sea. From 8-15 to 18 hours with a break from 12 to 13 hours. I had a view of the sea and the pool. I will be happy to return to this hotel.

An amazing hotel. We lived in 5, used the entire infrastructure of the hotel. Cleaning every day, the room has everything you need. The food is excellent. The animation team is working super hard:and bocce on the beach, and volleyball, and dancing. Slides are a big plus for the hotel, the children really like it!

Great hotel! The staff is friendly. The food is varied. There is a children's menu: pasta, French fries, nuggets, porridge, mashed potatoes, etc. There are always a lot of fruits and vegetables. There are several swimming pools on site, a mini-aqua park for children and adults. Its own beach is a 10-minute walk away with its own bar and mini cafe (you can have a snack). If you are too lazy to go, there is a bus running all the time. Every evening there are discos for children and adults. We were in October with young children, the weather is fine, there are few people.

We had a rest in late October-early November 2021 during the next lockdown in Russia and holidays. 2 vzr. +2 children (9 and 10 years old) The hotel is absolutely not for families with children, rather it is aimed at adult couples. I don't know if it's related to the end of the season or if it's always like this here. The slides didn't work. There is a children's club, but it works 2 times a day for an hour. Minidiscoe in the evening for 20 minutes, then the evening shows for adults begin, the shows are very cool, here are 5 points! The food is good, but I didn't have enough variety, especially for breakfast (probably again the end of the season, the hotel is only 40-50% full). The room was a 2-room family room, everything in the room is fine, everything works, the minibar is replenished daily. The inhabitants of the hotel are mostly elderly Germans, many write that the attitude of the staff towards Russians is not very good. I didn't notice anything like that, try tipping the waiters and bartenders and you will always be welcome too)) The beach is perfect sand, smooth entrance, the beach bar is also very pleasant, there are a lot of sun beds, there is enough for everyone. I give the hotel a solid four, I take off the score because of children's activities, which do not exist at all, the children were bored, and if they are bored, they do not let adults relax and are always grooming (parents will understand me)

We just arrived from Turkey. I really liked the hotel. The food is varied. Each dinner is organized as a holiday.a large selection of fruits pomegranate, persimmon, apples, pears, grapes, watermelon, plum. Meat consists of chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, fish. There were even squid, shrimp, rolls. Meat is fried on coals every evening. It's a pity that you didn't notice right away) very tasty baklava, cakes. The rooms are new and clean. I didn't notice the bad attitude of the staff. But the Germans are really treated better in Turkey.

The hotel is nice and clean. The beach is dirty. Staff: units correspond to the status. They're kind of angry, once again I don't want to ask them anything. The only person who is always happy to help is Azur, he will always tell you everything, tell you and is very hospitable. The animators guys are also great, but basically like everywhere else. I recommend the hotel, it is clean, there is a lot of space, there are enough pools.

Great hotel. We rested in it twice. For the first time on the territory of the old hotel, the advantage was in a two-room room with two balconies. It was very comfortable with a small child. The room was spacious enough, but with stale repairs and furniture. Uncritical.
For the second time on the territory of the new hotel. The room is small, clean, tidy. We visited the hammam, clean and tidy. I would like to mention the restaurant separately - it is a large selection of products for every taste and belief. A large number of vegetables, herbs, meat, fish. Several times a week they pamper you with delicious treats (crabs, strawberries, kiwis, cocktails and dishes of national cuisine). For kids, animation is daily. Everything is always clean (tinder and tinder cleaners), the territory is landscaped unlike the last vacation. The beach is ordinary, clean, satisfying, sun loungers are covered from the sun. Lovely hotel, friendly staff. We were satisfied. We met three more families with whom we stayed at this hotel a year ago, I think this is a good indicator. There is a promenade 15 minutes from the hotel, along which you can walk to the Side embankment, 4.5 km away.

A very good hotel for a family holiday! The second line, but every 15 minutes. there is a shuttle bus, a sandy beach, ideal for children. Holidays with children 1.5-3 years old at the end of November.
The hotel is lovely. The numbers of the family are beyond praise! The staff is friendly. The food is delicious and varied, for every taste. Fish every day, chicken, beef, sausages, nuggets, salads, vegetables, fruits, an insane variety of desserts, ice cream, waffles, etc. Unlimited drinks (alcohol is free until 23h).
One minus. There is not much to do with children in the off-season, the playground is located in a nearby hotel, the passage to it is already closed (the hotel is not open). The children's room is open only from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 17. This is very little. You can't really walk outside in the rain, so it's hard with young children in this regard. But very good boys are animators. Murat liked it the most. He easily finds contact with children and always pays attention to them.
+ for the evening animation. A mini disco for children, where they come off and dance with animators. After that, there is an adult program.
The hotel is mainly used by elderly Germans.
There is an indoor swimming pool. The depth is 140 cm. It is not heated very well every day. I didn't understand what it depends on, maybe on the weather (if it's bad, then they heat it up). The kids and I swam great. The pool is quite large.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest. There is a bus stop near the hotel, you can get to Manavgat or Side (1 euro) by bus. Old Side is a charming very small town. It's even good that we came out of season, otherwise we wouldn't have enjoyed the overabundance of people and the unbearable heat.
We rested from November 23 to November 30. The first 3 days were sunny, I even took a dip in the sea twice (the water is invigorating). Then the rains and thunderstorms began. But not all day long.

A great new hotel. Service, food and animation are on the level. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel and on the beach. Sun beds, awnings and towels are free of charge. The reception staff knows Russian. We were checked in at 11:00 at the prescribed 14:00, which pleased us. There are Russian animators.

Convenient location, easy access to Side and Manavgat, the beach is 100-120 meters away and there is a bus from the hotel, very excellent cuisine and especially an a la carte restaurant. The hotel is "German", but there are also Russian tourists, mostly with children, so it is suitable for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is wonderful, despite the fact that it practically does not have its own territory. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea or 2-3 by bus. The food is very good. BUT because of the bad attitude towards Russians, I'm shooting one star. Especially the adult gray - haired bartender is openly hostile to the Russians . Although the Germans (and there are about 80% of them in the hotel) behave worse.
