We spent the night at the end of February. The room costs 130 GEL, there is no heating. It's as cold as a tomb! The air conditioner can't handle what's in or out. We slept in our clothes under blankets. There is no kettle. There was not enough money for a kettle in the room, they put it on the 1st floor. Taking a shower in such a cold place is also a so-so event. We were with the kids, and we regretted staying at this "dream hotel" a thousand times. Breakfast is also not included. I don't recommend it.
We had a double room, with two double beds. It would be all right, but... mosquitoes were tormented, fortunately there were remedies for them with them. The shower is something with something, no partitions on the floor, nothing. The water from the shower gets everywhere just in the direction of the toilet and sink. It's unrealistic to go into the bathroom afterwards. We didn't need a conder in the apartments, it was very cold with him. Breakfast is not included in the price. 500 rubles for each must be paid separately. Russian at the reception is not spoken from the word at all. Okay, the sister spoke English, otherwise the translator would not have helped much.
There is no refrigerator in the room! This is a huge disadvantage, although a request was left at the reception many times. Cleaning the room until you ask for it! They practically do not understand Russian , or pretend to . The breakfasts are the same every day and there is very little choice. If you only spend the night, two, then a budget hotel will do, if it is longer, it is better to overdo it and choose closer to the sea. The sea is far away on foot! The area itself is not very good , there are no normal cafes nearby, no shops, but there are a lot of exchangers 😂
The middle place. I liked the large living rooms. Of the disadvantages of breakfast, there is very little assortment. In addition, there were plumbing problems in our room.
It was clean, cozy and, most importantly, there was a free place (I already thought about spending the night in the car, because there was not a single place in several hotels in a row). The girl at the reception speaks Russian well - I didn't have to resort to broken English (I don't know a word of Georgian).
Buffet breakfast in the morning. At breakfast I found out that many of the guests are Russians, they came to rest, although it is far from the sea
1000 meters away from the sea.
Cleaning is only on request.
The breakfasts are good.
The rooms are large, but the sound insulation is not very good.
We didn't have a balcony.
