Probably the best hotel we've been to in Turkey))) Very beautiful, very comfortable, very tasty)))
The three of us had a rest, with my wife and child of 8 years old.

On the territory of the same hotel there is a "five" Dream hill: a large building is 5*, houses of 2-4 floors are 4*.
We liked the houses much more)))
The main restaurants at the hotels are different, the beach and most of the infrastructure are shared.
We checked in 15 minutes after arrival, before that we were offered drinks.
We ourselves offered a room of the best category, which did not have to wait (2 rooms, 2 balconies, close to the restaurant, we really liked it). Moreover, the guys said that we do not need to pay any specific amount for it, we can leave any tips, even symbolic / very small ones.
In honor of the birthday, they presented a bottle of fruit wine, macaroni cakes and decorated the room with flowers, although we did not talk about the birthday, we looked at it ourselves on the passport at the hotel.
In general, the service is very good, everything is thought out, everyone is very attentive, they try to help, smile, say hello, drinks are brought in restaurants and lobby bars (although you can go for them yourself).

It's great with children in general:
- Swimming pool with children's slides, open from 10-00 to 12-00 and from 14-00 to 16-00 (we had enough time to swim),
- The beach has a very gentle entrance to the sea, sand, no rocks,
- The bus goes to the beach very often, it is not necessary to walk with a child,
- Playground, kids club, mini disco (we didn't even go anywhere from this),
- Ice cream by the pool and every day at dinner,
- French fries, pizza, spaghetti, burgers (you can assemble them yourself, all the ingredients are separate) and other harmful dishes that children love)
Everything is very conveniently done + Turks adore children, make gifts, smile, help)))

The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well-organized. Everything is close and convenient.
Lots of greenery, palm trees, flowers, the whole area is a well-maintained garden, you can take beautiful photos and just admire.
The 4* hotel houses are very well located, cozy and have a beautiful view of the green garden and flowers from the balconies.
Plus, there are a lot of trees and houses so that there is shade almost at any time.

Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere: in the restaurant, in the lobby, in the rooms, on site, by the pool, on the beach.
It works great in restaurants. Videos and whatever you want, no problem.
It doesn't work very well in the rooms, then it's fine, then it's not at all.
On the beach, when a lot of people work only near the restaurant (we usually occupied the sun loungers there, at the same time walking close for drinks))).
In the evening, when there are few people on the beach, there is generally enough for the entire area where there are sun loungers, the Internet is excellent.

Beautiful beach)))) Everywhere there is sand, good sunshades, a beach bar from 10-00 to 17-45, a restaurant on the beach from 12-30 to 15-00, + tortillas, doners, cookies. Water and ayran in the refrigerator - take it yourself, it's very convenient)))
We didn't come to the beach before 10-00, but we always found sun beds for the family.
There is a comfortable bus to the beach, you can drive in the shade and with a breeze in 3 minutes.
The bus goes to the beach more often than the schedule and does not stand and does not wait, if you get on it, then you go right away - it is very convenient. According to the schedule, the bus is once every 15 minutes, but we waited for it only 2 times longer than 5 minutes.
It's actually very close to the beach, but we took the bus so as not to listen to the child gundit every 20 meters that it's hard for her to walk)))
From the beach, go uphill, if you walk along the sidewalk, past the shops (as the bus goes).

The main restaurant
A delicious varied menu, a lot of sweets, ice cream every day, delicious and different meats, vegetables, lots of fruits, grilled, delicate pastries. We don't really like fish, so we didn't take it, although we also had it.
There is a lot of food in the restaurant at any time, everyone brings what ends. At least come at the very end of dinner / lunch / breakfast - everything will be fine.
The waiters are super polite and arrange everything quickly, including clean tables))
There are enough tables and dishes, everything is very comfortable, beautiful and convenient.
There is a fuss and few tables only the first hour of dinner (there is no fuss at breakfast and lunch), but we went either right to the very beginning of dinner or an hour after the start, when there are fewer people.
Everything is fine in the hotel's kitchen, there is always something to choose from, we have not tried everything, we just couldn't, everything is very tasty)))

In the restaurant on the beach and in the snack restaurant near the pool, you can have a full lunch from 12-30 to 15-00 (or so) and not go to the main restaurant. The menu is simpler, but there is plenty of food to choose from.
There is beer, wine, soda at the beach bar.
The pool bar and lobby bar are also preparing cocktails.
There are refrigerators with water and ayran everywhere.
Gozleme by the pool and gozleme on the beach, ice cream by the pool, a pastry shop in the hotel and doners on the beach are open at certain hours.
The lobby bar is open all day (plus it is open for a fee after 24-00).
There is enough for everyone, we have tried everything, the working time is convenient everywhere and it is enough.
We didn't stand anywhere in queues of more than 3-4 people, although those who want to stand sometimes create a queue)))
By the way, the mini-bar in the room is also included in the all inclusive. Water without gas, mineral water, iced tea, soda, everything is replenished when you drink.
In general, everything is very good with food and drinks at the hotel and everything is included in the all inclusive))).

Of the features, maybe for someone these are disadvantages:
1 - Mostly Europeans are staying at the hotel - Germans, Danes, Poles, Dutch, ...
When we were on vacation, there were almost no Russians there.
As a result, the staff does not speak Russian (or we have not met such people). Almost everyone speaks German and most speak English.
We spoke in English, we didn't care.
2 - There is practically no animation in the hotel.
Apart from the evening show (all days except Sunday) and a mini disco for children before the show, we saw only aqua aerobics and some kind of game on the beach.
The hotel is designed to relax without noise and fuss, the public is also mostly older or families with children.
There is even a "relax pool" in the top five, where only 18+ swim (no children and no noise))))
We don't like animation and fuss, it was just wonderful for us)))
3 - Due to the very shallow entrance, there may be quite strong waves on the beach.
It is normal for adults to go into the sea on sand (it is not pebbles, it is comfortable to walk), but small children themselves cannot go in when there is a strong wave.
Our child rode the waves beautifully in armbands (she was even upset that some days the waves were weak), but we helped her quickly run / swim to where the wave no longer knocks her down).
My husband and I were satisfied with the waves, the child is also a great entertainment)))

By the way, while we were walking, we walked to the "promenade" towards Side. There are a lot of hotels on the first line that are much more expensive, but there are big stones in the water. It doesn't suit us, especially with a child.
Although there are places for swimming where there are no stones, but at the same time there is very little room for swimming, and further into the sea and on the sides there are stones.
In general, we looked at the hotels around and were glad that we chose this one))))

Good evening, we arrived from vacation today. I was with my daughter for 21 years and my son for 12 years. We have been to this hotel 2 times. There are fewer Russian tourists and fewer Russian-speaking staff. But this does not interfere with communication with the waiters and at the reception. They try to understand and communicate in English. The hotel is attracted by the number of pools and the beach, where there are sun beds under canopies and you can always find a place and an entrance to the sea. The food was good, as in 4. The waiters were selected for 5+: uniform, smiling, courteous, especially I say hello to Erai at the reception, who speaks Russian and to the waiter Diyar. Keep it up guys, well done!!! Thank you all for a good rest!!!

Everything is very cool. We are resting now in the year 2024 in the month of June. It's three minutes to the beach, slowly, the beach is just super, music all day long, alcohol flows like a river into your mouth, which is just not there. The room is large, with two sofas and a bed. Cleaning every day, always clean linen. The kitchen is good, lunch and dinner are without complaints. Breakfast, of course, was tired by the end of the first week, eyes do not look at eggs. I don't eat porridge, I don't eat yoghurts. We recommend this hotel to everyone, 10 points out of 10. Thanks to all the hotel staff.
