The elevators are constantly breaking down, the landscaping around the LCD is not bad, the greenery is being looked after, but there is a problem with ventilation in the underground parking in the LCD, it is impossible to breathe, it always stinks of gas. It's definitely not worth the money. The music from the park is very loud and makes it difficult to live normally. There is a lot of pathos, but there is no comfort.

Мне кажется дрим сити один из лучших девелоперов в Ташкенте. Строит по проекту и насколько мне известно со сдачей проектов у них нет просрочек. По сравнение других застройщиков у них все норм. Цена конечно соответствует.
