Hello! Nowadays, for some reason, it is more common to criticize, but they often forget to thank. In January of this year, I applied to a private dental clinic in Grodno in order to reduce tooth abrasion (I live in Grodno). I was offered to install two bridges (material: stamped crowns). Accordingly, I agreed, since I did not know much about this type of prosthetics myself, and I did not want to install cermets, for this it was necessary to remove the nerves of the teeth. Bottom line: I was very angry with the doctor who advised me to install them, as it was very uncomfortable to chew. There was constant discomfort in my mouth. In order to properly distribute the load between the teeth, it was necessary to restore 12 upper teeth, which I was not told anything about at this clinic. After visiting this clinic, I applied to several more dental offices in Grodno. The result was the same everywhere: replacement of bridges with new ones made of zirconium dioxide and restoration of 12 teeth (cost of 2 bridges: 4800 bel.rub (one tooth 800 rub.); cost of restoration approximately: 1800 bel.rub).
Quite by chance, I learned from a friend about the dentistry "Drive" in Novogrudok. I was very surprised by the cost of one zirconium dioxide crown: 450 bel.rub. In Grodno, as I indicated above: 800 bel.rub. I decided to visit this dentistry. After the first visit to this office, I realized that in the future I will only apply here. I have never seen such an attentive and caring dentist as Olga Brickman before. Olga answered all my questions, and believe me, I had a lot of them. During the conversation, she was always tactful and pleasant in communication (today this is very rare). It was this doctor who convinced me that it is not worth changing 2 bridges, but just need to correct the bite. It's just that today it's very difficult to believe that a specialist in a private clinic offers a treatment method that is less expensive for the client. It's nice when a dentist pays attention to details. I was surprised at how modern your equipment and advanced treatment methods are. A couple of days later, I made an appointment with another dentist, and on the tooth that Dmitry Eduardovich filled, a spot caries was found on the back wall of the tooth, which he ignored and did not treat. Although it had to be done because the probe used to examine this caries got stuck.
Therefore, I do not recommend making an appointment with this dentist specifically.

So they said that with acute pain we do not accept, but only by appointment. As it is, there are no fewer doctors than two years ago, but they no longer accept them. Well, there was still no doctor, but he takes such a feeling for at most two weeks a month, and the rest of the time he is not there. They said you can drive up and wait, if the doctor is free, he can take a look. As a result, I drove up, sat for 10 minutes at most, and the nurse, as I understood from her appearance, wanted to take me away and make it clear that they would not be able to treat me today. They won't even be able to, but it feels like they don't want to. I had to treat my tooth not in Novogrudok, but in another city, where they recorded it the next day after the call, and I could even come in the evening, but I simply would not have had time. Here they offered to wait another week by appointment, which could have been postponed, I would not be surprised at this. It would have been better if they hadn't suggested how to endure a toothache for a week, which was getting worse every day. As a result, the nerve had to be removed. I was also told that there is caries under the filling of the neighboring tooth (it was visible on the X-ray), and this tooth was also treated here.
Therefore, complaints about the quality of work, as well as their attitude towards customers, we treat some with acute pain, while others do not.
They are treated quickly and efficiently. It's a little expensive, and at the same time, recording happens in a month (that is, local people, despite the prices, choose these specialists and sign up long in advance).
At the same time, you can always agree and go early (only you need to negotiate with the doctors themselves, since their nurse is a cerberus and protects the interests of doctors). Doctors themselves often meet clients halfway, which is why they remain without their legitimate lunch break.
I have been treated by Ekaterina Brickman for more than five years. A competent and courteous doctor who will always help. I remember the first time I applied when other doctors put a cross on my tooth, but she saved it. :)
