There is a large enough parking space for customers.
Separately, it is worth highlighting the employees of the center, they are very attentive and will always advise the best list of services. The customer service is just on top.

There are a lot of people and not a single free consultant
I was there for a recall company, everything went well, I was accepted by appointment, everything was done for free, nothing was imposed to do additionally. It took a little more than the stated time (2 hours), but not critically (2 hours 15 minutes).tea and coffee are free in the waiting area.

Everything is fine. The prices could have been lower ..
Many thanks to Oleg Chuiko! We looked into the salon, just to see. Before that, we visited a couple more salons, even looked at the car, but Oleg turned out to be a high-class professional, unobtrusively demonstrated the car and all plans radically changed. He managed to interest and convince and at the same time not to impose. We are very pleased with the choice. Oleg, thank you!!!
There are two troubles in our car dealerships.
The desire to earn money from everything and everyone, and the biggest trouble (when colleagues cannot be responsible for the words of their colleagues, within the framework of working situations of a car dealership)
So the salon is good, there are many advantages: a worldwide warranty from Nissan, moments of goodwill from Nisann, a new service (but keep in mind that in this company, there are situations on the human factor very often)
Do not keep track and then / // they will refer to their favorite phrase (I cannot be responsible for the words of my colleagues)
It is also pleasing that they have professionals in their field, on whom the whole salon rests.
I recommend defending every opinion and on all issues, contact the heads of sales / service / customer service departments.
Only these leaders solve any issue.
Nissan cars are great, but keep an eye out.
They create malfunctions themselves so that you can come to them. I can't pick up a 5-year-old car for three weeks: the pallet is rotten (!), the compressor burned out (!), then suddenly the engine cooling circulation tube rotted (!) - less than 90,000 km mileage!. The canaries! They don't know how to work. It's just that everything is aimed at extorting money!
When I looked at a used car in their salon on the website, I decided to call them, well, I asked how the car was in good condition, they answered well, I went to Minsk to look at the car, and the car was all in spots, the stove did not work, the interior was worn, in short I drove so far in vain, they offered another car and it was all stopped, the bugs were, in short, killed, that's why 2 stars, just go there for a new car, don't take it..
A cool salon. In particular, I want to mention trade in. In the morning I arrived in an old Renault that was not even taken off the register, in the evening I left in a Nissan!
Good and attentive service, they try to meet the wishes (if possible) of the client. Of the disadvantages, it is advisable (for customers waiting for a car for a long time) to put a couple of sofas in the waiting area. The visit caused only positive emotions.
This is my first visit to the Nisan car dealership. To say that you liked it is to say nothing.Very qualified approach of managers to the client.Competent selection of a car. Thanks to this attitude to work, I finally chose a car for myself. I would like to say once again a huge thank you to the staff working in this car salon.
Service, and painting is like in a garage. I was already painting in the garage, so I went to the service. The price is 3 times higher, but the quality is the same.
Most of all, I did not like the fact that before buying, the sales manager assured me that the car would be made in Japan, but in fact it turned out that it was made in Russia. I think this is the most disgusting deception. I remember the seller's unkind word to this day.
There are, of course, positive aspects, but they are perceived as the norm, therefore I do not see any point in highlighting them.
