I have been to Turkey 9 times. It is incorrect to compare with the fives .The last 3 times there were threes in Kemer, Marmaris, Antalya. I compare it with them.
There are magical sunsets in Turgutreis, such as I have never seen anywhere. 10 out of 10.
The sea, on the beach at the hotel 8 out of 10. Clean, but part of the bottom is overgrown with algae, it is unpleasant to touch your feet when swimming, you need to swim around the algae, fortunately everything is visible.
The beach itself is 2 out of 10. Dirty, garbage everywhere, not cleaned. There are sun beds. The mattresses on the sun beds are mildewed, they died, but they don't buy new ones. They give out beach towels, but exchanging wet for dry is another quest. There is nowhere to dry yourself.
The hotel itself is 3 out of 10. The rooms are tired, tiny, the shower cabin is micro-sized, all the drains work with difficulty, you can say they are clogged. The TV was not working. The air conditioner worked perfectly.
The rooms are cleaned by 18-year-old Turkish guys. The cleaning is peculiar-they spray cleaning liquid in the center of the room and wipe it with a mop-rag. That's it. There is darkness behind the beds. Mirrors are gagged with dirt.
The mattresses are good, the linen is too.
There is no balcony. There is nowhere to hang swimsuits and towels to dry.
I read a lot of reviews, so I brought self-adhesive hooks, rope-everything became more comfortable. The windows mostly overlook the concrete wall of another building. We got the same room, but after 20 minutes of scandal, we changed it with a view of the road.
The restaurant is the closing of the season, we ate in the four. The first 5 days there was fish (grilled, fried), eggplant in all kinds, cheese and olives of 5 varieties, greens, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers. There was chicken and an omelette for breakfast almost every day. The last few days (the British and Germans left, and the Russians stopped by) there was only soy meat in the form of cutlets. Cool coke at the bar. But if you don't like the above, then it's very sad, this is the main food. Fortunately, I love it all (except soy patties)! It was delicious for me.
The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of the village. Shops, ATMs, dolmouches, all kinds of activities are about 20 minutes walking along the sea-it's decent if it's hot.
My vacation was a success! I had a wonderful rest! I knew in advance what was waiting for me (thanks to the reviews), I prepared as much as I could in advance and noted only the positive aspects. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends. I won't go a second time myself.
The nearest store is to exit the main entrance (not to the pool) and to the right along the street where the hotel stands, 300 meters away and there will be a good minimarket on the left.
Everywhere you can pay with a card of a well-known Kazakh bank without commission.
There are a lot of dogs, huge and kind.
If you go beyond the sea and sunset views, you can have a great rest!

Great location. The sea is at the doorstep))) and this is the biggest plus. But unfortunately the food is so-so. Furniture and plumbing are "tired". Something falls off all the time... It's not pleasant. For some reason, disco music is playing loudly in the evening, although no one is dancing.

In general, I liked everything! The 4-star hotel is not to be confused with the 3rd! The territory is small, the pool is great! The beach area is very small! Early in the morning there is shade (at least in early June), accordingly, it is better to immediately take a place on the pier! There is no music at the hotel, and yes, it is very loud so much that it is impossible to be by the pool and near it! Discomfort! There are few tourists in early June, but how does this affect the cleaning of the territory, I also do not understand? The staff is in no hurry to clean up the tables that are at the bar or the trash! The left-to-right promenade is very pleasant especially in the evening after dinner! And yes, there are winds! In June, the sea is not very warm, not everyone swam! For food and drinks, you can put 5! The staff at the canteen works well! Of course there are comments, but they are insignificant! On the territory of the cat! They're always asking for food! Eternally hungry) the animation is so-so, but I don't need it! We did something for the children! In general, a vacation of 5 is most likely more pluses than minuses!

The hotel is terrible. The rooms are dirty with shoe marks on the walls. The number was not removed from the word at all . I had to ask for toilet paper . Towels with stains . There is no animation. The hotel is aimed at the Turks. A bonus in the form of poisoning two days before departure . Ruined vacation

The expectation / reality is just terrible… There is dirt everywhere, the staff did not fix anything during the whole vacation, they do not have answers to questions, they are fed like in the dining room, even from the window they noticed how pigeons and cats eat from the same containers ... They also do not have a beach

There was a good hotel in June 2023, of course it doesn't pull for 4 🌟, rather a solid good 3. The first line, but the coastal area is disgusting, I had to go to another beach. There is no animation either, for whom it is important - take into account! You won't stay hungry on nutrition, they feed you all the time! The food is normal, perhaps monotonous, but it didn't upset me)I'm not too picky about hotels, the main thing for me is the sea. And the sea was clean and warm. Therefore, in general, I liked the rest!
