We rented a Ford Mustang for a day, the car is in good condition. The cabin is very clean, it's nice to be in the car. We rode around Abkhazia in the evening, only positive emotions. The guys who rent cars have always been in touch, very responsive and decent. Next year we will definitely use the services of Dr. Benz.
p.s. beware of arrogant DPS, they are trying to fine you for fake violations.

Thanks a lot to the guys! I took the car in July 2023. I can safely recommend these guys!!!! I did not meet such an attitude to the wedge, although I worked in this field myself) I took a BMB, went to the Ritz with children and above and punched a wheel in the mountains (side cut) the guys brought me a wheel from Gagra pretty quickly and most importantly, when handing over the car, they did not even say a word about the money for the wheel and delivery!!! The whole family was very pleasantly surprised, as I know that the most interesting moment in car rental is its return. Fortunately, everything was happening here in a human way, to be more precise, according to the conscience, according to the conscience of the client. After washing, I myself discovered my joint on the front bumper and after such an attitude, I couldn't help but say about it. Of course, I fairly gave both for the delivery of the wheel and for the bumper.
I advise everyone who doubted about the rental in Abkhazia!

Probably the best rental service in Abkhazia! Very friendly guys, they will bring the car, explain everything, show it. The right-handed Toyota Noah is just a top for my big family, half an hour of adaptation and everything is fine. We traveled with our family all over: Pitsunda, Gagra, Sukhum, Ritsa, Lykhny - it turns out much cheaper than going on an excursion. I recommend this rental point, the guys know their business, value their reputation.

I rented a car for the first time. There were doubts and fears, I was looking for pitfalls in everything. But no, everything is smooth here, without any tricks or surprises. We made a contract, accepted the car according to the act.
What you should pay attention to: the registration numbers and the registration certificate number were incorrectly specified in the contract. In the act of accepting the car, the presence of a spare tire was indicated, which was not in fact. The contract is most likely a standard one and I think there was no desire to deceive.
The car is clean, there are no technical complaints. The conday blows perfectly.
We accepted the car without unnecessary problems and questions.
