We always went to the veterinarian Svetlana Sergeevna with animals. There are no questions about professionalism, I even saved difficult cases.
But there is enough to interact with customers. Very often she is aggressive and dissatisfied. She swears and presses morally if she doesn't like something or you said something wrong. It is impossible to communicate normally, you leave the clinic and are in no mood because of such deep disrespect.
Therefore, I do not even know whether to advise or not. Some doctors clearly need to learn how to work and communicate with clients

Excellent staff. They took her for sterilization - everything went very quickly (40 minutes with the road), anesthesia was well calculated - the cat quickly came to life and after 5 minutes tried to get out of the carrier.
