Through the DPD service, we ordered cargo delivery from Rostov-on-Don to Minsk. The cargo is lost. The issue has not been resolved for two weeks. The Key Account Management service cannot provide information on any issue, in response: "we will call you back." And that's it, no calls. Each of our appeals on the same issue is like the first time for the employees of this company. They communicate with clients exclusively using memorized scripts. The issue is not being resolved in fact. As soon as there is an unusual situation, everything is gone, the issue will not be resolved in any way!!! I don't recommend it.
A notification has arrived that the parcel is ready to be delivered. In fact, the post office turned out to be not working, in the call center they can say everything: ‘we can't do it,’ ‘we don't know when they will do it,’ ‘a specialist will arrive only tomorrow.’.So what should I do? Should I go check if the post office is working every day? There is no service, as well as no customer support. I do not recommend using the services of this organization.
