It's impossible to get through - no one picks up the phone, or the phone is disconnected. It turns out that to find out if my passport is ready, I need to travel from the Zhytomyr region (actual place of residence) for 3 hours + the road through Kiev, not counting standing in the "electronic queue". So much for the service, so much for Europe

documents are not issued on time..long queues...employees will not be able to work in an organized manner...shame.
