Женщина на ресепшен ужасная ! Отменила нашу бронь, хотя отель был уведомлен о позднем заселении . Хилтон умеет удивлять. Деньги за бронь не вернули. The woman at the reception is terrible! Cancelled our reservation, although the hotel was notified of the late check-in. Hilton knows how to surprise. The money for the reservation was not refunded.

Great hotel! It is located far from the center, but this is compensated by metro and city train stations, tram and bus stops. Nearby there is a Lids supermarket and a 24-hour (!!!) McDonalds. There is a huge new TV in the room, a refrigerator in which bottles of regular and carbonated water are added every day. Tea and coffee sets are being updated. Bath detergents are in convenient bottles, not in stupid bags.
