It's dark in the hall. It's dark everywhere. Not cozy. Everything is neat in the room, but it does not match the price. Only water, two bags of black and two green tea and two coffees. Two bottles of water and of course the food is sky-high. We could do it like in Turkey, at least with vegetables, without meat. I am sad because our compatriots can only grab money just not for people.🤷 thanks to the staff, everyone is polite.

Everything is fine, the floor has a view of the city and mountains, with a restaurant, there is a hood. The conference room is the best I've ever seen, everything is equipped right clearly, any business event can be held and everything is there for it. On the downside, the elevator is very slow. But it's just a little thing.

We stayed at the hotel from 16-18 .02.24
We had an early check-out at 5 a.m.
The reception was warned earlier and asked to bring breakfast with you,,
We were given (for 2 people) a sandwich in a container, consisting of a piece of toast bread filled with ketchup, three mugs of cucumber + iceberg + cheese + some kind of ham. Very sparse.
Activia and yogurt were added to the second container. The sandwiches are not edible. We were left without breakfast.
The breakfasts at the hotel are gorgeous and such,,breakfast with you,,?
Houseeping works very well.
Responsive staff at the reception.

Well, as if from Hilton, of course, one name. I've been to DoubleTree in other cities and it was a little better. There are more modern, designer hotels in Almaty for this money.
The hotel is cold, especially in the lobby - the building is completely unsuited to winter. The staff is excellent, I can't appreciate the breakfast - I didn't go. At the entrance, a wonderful compliment is a cookie.

A surprisingly good hotel. The location is very good and not noticeable. The spa and hammam are very good. By the way, the bathhouse is separate from the women's one. A communal swimming pool. The restaurant is on top with a good panorama of the city, which will please everyone. I think it's expensive in terms of cost, but this is also a plus for this market segment.

Overall, everything went well.
Keep in mind that when checking into the hotel, you will be charged 5% of the cost of accommodation, some kind of fee (tax).
The rooms are clean and spacious. Everything works, although you need to get used to the lighting system first.
The restaurant on the 11th floor boasts one of the best views in the city, but at the same time a rather meager menu, for some reason in a pan-Asian style. Fo-bo is more like a soup with mushrooms (where did they come from) and thick pieces of beef. Salmon with octopus is salmon and a small (quite) octopus. There are no problems with alcohol, the card is huge, but if you do not drink alcohol, then the choice is sooo much reduced.
We checked into the hotel as expected, at 14:00, despite the availability of rooms, we had to wait in the lobby from 09:00 in the morning (principle?).
I'm unlikely to stay at this hotel anymore.

He stayed at the hotel from March 26 to March 28, 2024. It's very funny. The Hilton, where dead cockroaches are lying in the pool, and live ones are running around on the tables. I saw a live rat with my own eyes, the hotel administration forgets the arrangements and cannot divide and organize lunch for several groups of guests. Constantly knocks out traffic jams in the room.
One star, only for branded cookies)) Otherwise, it wouldn't be worth one.

Great hotel, great location. Spacious rooms with everything you need to stay. I liked the spa - worthy for the hotel - there are dry and wet saunas, a pool with a Jacuzzi and a font with cold water. The breakfasts are quite modest, you definitely won't stay hungry. It is a pity that during the 3 days of staying here, I did not have time to visit the restaurant - I need to make an appointment in advance, there were corporate events. You can spend time in the lobby - there is a kitchen and a bar, prices are not too high. I liked everything!

I liked everything very much: The rooms are comfortable , bright, spacious in a pleasant color scheme; the service is super, everyone is very polite, cultured, I want to emphasize the neat appearance👍🏼 We always booked a room with breakfast, it is very convenient and a large selection of delicious dishes (even freshly squeezed juice is available, although this is rare in hotels) The location is very convenient and everything is nearby. Spa is generally a separate topic, 3 types of pools, and saunas (3 types) are located separately in the changing rooms, it turns out to be very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised, I have not seen this in other hotels (I hate when men steam with women) I strongly advise you to stay at this hotel 👌🏻

There is a place to eat near the hotel if you are cramped in the walls of the hotel. Although the hotel's restaurant is excellent, it also has a good view; the menu is stingy, but everything is cooked perfectly. The rooms are clean and no one will bother you, of course. The hotel staff is attentive and ready to help you at the reception. I didn't get into the pool and fitness room, but my colleagues were satisfied. The Internet is uninterrupted. In general, the guys here keep the level that can be expected from this network.
