Friendly staff. We left Kazakhstan, it was cold, and there was not enough tenge in our pocket even for tea. Many thanks to the seller who was on shift that evening, she sold the tea anyway and we warmed up.
I'm not saying that everyone should do this, it's just that wonderful people work there.
