Dostyk Hotel is a great combination of price and quality. Responsive staff, taking care of the rest of the guests. Convenient parking, flexible pricing policy. By the evening, all the rooms are occupied, which says a lot. I have to travel a lot around the country. Believe me, not all hotels are packed to capacity.

I am not an expert on Kostanay hotels, but this hotel surpasses the others that I have seen in terms of peace and quiet. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the small menu selection in the kitchen.
