It doesn't change dramatically, the cafe fades out every year after opening, the restaurant is weak, the rooms are pro-Soviet. Management does not invest finances and does not strive for 4-5 stars.
The level is 3 stars, and the prices are too high, but the only location is excellent.

Excellent hotel, the staff is polite. The room is clean. The only negative is that there is no hot water. Slightly warm water only. As it is, the hotel has everything you need.
