I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of managers' feedback , and even more outraged by the attitude of drivers. We ordered water on Monday. She specified when it would be delivered. They said by the end of the week on Thu or Fri. Naturally, no one brought it these days. I called on Friday evening, did not answer, wrote a message on viber. Zero reaction by Monday afternoon next week. I called, just got through. They don't answer, then the network is reset, I don't call back!!! As a result, the managers were not aware that the water had not been brought, and the driver Valentin answered me with such rudeness, as if it was my fault that he did not reach us on the appointed day. Pay attention to the competence of the drivers. Being arrogant and boorish is the easiest way. And by the way, very often the water is not brought to us on the appointed day.

I ordered water several times. It was not bad at first, but then dirty bottles were brought(not in packages). The last time, one of the bottles turned out to be without a sealed neck and the lid was simply easily removed by hand. I had to pour it out and say goodbye to this delivery.
