We ordered a Zov desk, the factory sent it to this transport company. I received an SMS that the table would be delivered on Saturday from 12.55 to 16.55. In the morning I dialed the driver, the driver did not answer, called again at 16:00 it turned out that our table "did not fit into the car and it was not loaded." At the same time, no one informed us about this during the day. They offered to postpone the delivery to Monday. After reading reviews about this company (that the delivery is postponed several times), we decided to pick up the table ourselves.
We bought goods for the needs of the company (for a legal entity). The day before the delivery date, we received an SMS with the planned delivery time of the order. The courier driver who delivered the order, Nikolai Lopin, called in advance for the first time, and called 5-7 minutes before arrival and warned again. After arrival, the courier driver helped in unloading the goods, handed over the shipping documents. The delivery of the goods was organized perfectly!
