It was my first time in Istanbul, so I chose a hotel closer to the main attractions. For such a bustling city, the hotel is located on a relatively quiet street in Sultanahmet district!
We stayed at the hotel from 31.10 to 3.11.24
Attractions.
Historical sights such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia Cathedral, the underground Cistern Basilica reservoir and the Blue Mosque are within a 3-5-minute walk.
Public transport is also 3-5 minutes away. We reached Beyoglu district (Galata Tower, Istiklal) by tram, the nearest stop is Gulhane. Vesnegiler Metro Station is a 20-minute walk past the Grand Bazaar.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly and friendly, they will tell you everything (there are Russian speakers).
A deposit of $ 100 is charged upon check-in, but we were not charged.
We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., the room was given immediately. We lived in room 105 - small, but with everything we need. Air conditioning, clothes hangers, safe, 2 bottles of water per day,
tea station, minibar (paid), Wi-Fi.
In the bathroom: towels (2 bath towels, 2 small ones, 1 for feet), hair dryer, shower stall, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, discs, nail file, comb, toothpaste + brush, shaving kit. Slippers, and a bathrobe were provided upon request.
Our window looked out onto a passing street. When choosing a room, please note that the hotel has rooms without a view, this is when the wall of the neighboring building is opposite the window, at a distance of 1 meter.
Room cleaning and towel change every day. It can be seen that the towels are already old, gray, but clean.
The BREAKFASTS are excellent from 7.30 to 10.30: soup, boiled eggs, omelette, lots of greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheeses, olives, yoghurts, pancakes, fruits, dried fruits, tea, coffee. There is no porridge) The waiters quickly clean the dirty tables, there are always places.
The hotel has a free hammam and sauna, but we did not use it.
The only drawback is the sound insulation, conversations in the next room are perfectly audible.
In general, the hotel left only pleasant impressions!

The hotel seems to be quite good. The breakfasts are varied. The location is close to the center. The Topkany Palace Museum is a 5-minute walk away. But there were three adults and we booked three separate and full beds. We were accommodated in a double room with a cot. It was very cramped for three people. When asked why we were so settled, they replied that the travel agency had paid. I think we were deceived by Biblio Globus. That's not how the room booked us. We walked all day and came to spend the night in the evening. But it was still a little cramped.

I give 3 stars only for a good location and proximity to historical sites. Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Egyptian market, Grand Bazaar, etc. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is small. The staff is good. Rooms.... Wildly small. Sitting on the toilet, you wash your hands without getting up. Lying in bed, your feet rest against a TV stand or a refrigerator. The furniture and pastel linen are old and dirty. The breakfasts are disgusting. In a word, I don't recommend going there anymore.

The location couldn't be more gorgeous, all the delights of Istanbul are within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is good, the historical sights are not far away.

Only the hammam and sauna are not very good, there is no steam at all, and I would like it to be hotter, the Turkish bathroom is good, clean, but you have to wait for it to be prepared, the breakfast is good, of course there is nothing special from Turkish, but you can eat so much, everything is fresh.
Very strong audibility, especially disturbing at night, neighbors were constantly making noise, yelling, doors slamming very loudly.
Cleaning is carried out on so-so, the beds were made, shampoos were put on and nothing else, the bed linen was changed 1 time in 9 days. And they don't always put water on, you have to go ask
for it so the room is not big, but it doesn't pull for 4 stars, 3 is deserved.

The location is gorgeous. The rooms are also good, small, but there is everything you need. Perhaps the only drawback is audibility. Cleaning every day. Breakfast also met expectations: there are vegetables, there are always several egg dishes, cheese, either lentil or vegetable soup, steamed vegetables, pancakes, pastries, desserts, puddings and yoghurts. There are no porridges, but they are difficult to find in Turkey. If you hide behind it, you can find flaws, but they are compensated by the location, in my opinion. Hagia Sophia is 2 minutes away, and Galata Bridge is 25 minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, of different quality.

The location is very good, 3 minutes from all the sights of the old center. The standard rooms are tiny, but everything is clean. The breakfasts are of average quality, we were in the summer, the restaurant was full of people in the morning. I liked the massage, the presence of a spa, a gym.

I must say right away that I am writing a review having experience working in a separate business.
This hotel is saved by its location and a lower price for rooms than the neighbors. We chose according to the criteria "let it not be bad, but there is no point in overpaying for luxury"
So:
1. The reception is good, responsive, problems are solved quickly. The hair dryer in the room and the handle to the bathroom were broken, the master came in 10-15 minutes and quickly fixed everything. When I asked for an ironing board, it was also quickly brought
2. Cleaning is not very good. There are no complaints only about bed linen and towels, the bed is made well. The bathroom is dirty with dust in the corners and streaks, there are streaks on the walls too. I was very amused by the situation when I saw a used bottle of lotion when I checked in. I threw it out two days in a row and two days in a row it was returned from the trash with toilet paper to the sink. There is a carpet in the room and I have never heard a vacuum cleaner, and we left the room late.
3. Breakfast for 3.5-4. You will not find Turkish coffee and Turkish desserts in this Turkish hotel. The usual modest hotel breakfast, of the advantages - a lot of cheeses, olives and there are fruits and yogurts. You will not find anything unsweetened except omelets and several types of sausages. Desserts include unsweetened buns, some kind of cupcake and nutella. It's all. Half an hour before the end of breakfast, the entrance is blocked and the hall is empty, empty tables are not cleaned, a fork and a knife need to be begged. There is also less food half an hour before the end, respectively.
4. I was on my birthday, the hotel did not congratulate me in any way. There were not even two fruits, apparently they do not focus on customers in these situations. Don't expect a postcard either.
5. The room has seen life. Especially the bathroom.
The result is definitely not 4 stars))) You definitely expect more from Turkey)

The location is gorgeous! The breakfasts are delicious, the choice is sufficient. The staff is Russian-speaking, very attentive, friendly. At first, however, they put me in a room that looked more like a closet with a vile buzzing flap, or whatever it's called correctly. But after our requests, antics and jumps were replaced with a more normal one. With a window in the wall, but it was very quiet.

Стамбул, это ЛЮБОВЬ!
Отличное расположение у отеля, просто прекрасное! Вся история в двух шагах: Айя София, Голубая мечеть, Топ Капы, парк!
Хорошие и просторные номера. Выбор подушек и чайник в номере.
Единственное, что разочаровало, это очень скучный и скудный завтрак для четырёх звёзд. Но, поскольку, в Стамбуле поесть не проблема, не снимаю звезду.

Отель хороший по соотношению цена-качество. Отличная локация, адекватные завтраки (булочки, сыры, мясные нарезки, овощи, омлеты, фрукты, мед, халва), приветливый персонал. Из номера вид на Айя София, правда рядом стройка. Номера маленькие, но очень чистые. В номере зубной набор, шампуни, халаты и тапочки (если нет, легко попросить). Мы переносили поездку дважды из-за ковида. Руководство пошло навстречу. По факту отдыхали меньше ночей, чем бронировали, но это наша вина. Разницу не вернули, но предложили бесплатный массаж. В общем, смело рекомендую для туристической поездки, подходит для семейного отдыха с детьми.

I booked through Booking in February 2024. Prepayment was required, booking sent a message about a non-working card (Beac) a couple of times. I checked into the hotel by reservation without any problems. You can pay in Euros and Dollars, change in lira. Have a good breakfast. All the most famous sights are within walking distance.

Отличный отель, Основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, Вкусные завтраки, Много выпечки и большой выбор сыров, С 17 до 18 часов чай-кофе . Внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Есть администратор владеющий русским языком. Моментально откликаются на просьбы и пожелания. Очень хороший хамам, Рядом с отелем достойные рестораны с хорошей кухней и обслуживанием. Всем рекомендую.

Крайне неприятное впечатление от отеля из-за пропавших из номера денег и вещей... На ресепшене на обращение не среагиовали. Все остальное, чистота, еда - на уровне отеля 3*.

Очень удобное расположение. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое (чайник, холодильник, чай, кофе, сахар, весь набор в ванной, даже топочки, по просьбе выдали халат). Чувствовалась пыль от ковролина и сигаретный запах 😏. Есть этаж курящий и некурящиц, перед заселением не предупредили.... в ресторане чисто, еда нормальная. Включена сауна в стоимость. Были подники (чай, кофе, соки, выпечка), ночные супчики с 23ч. для сов. Цена в феврале в стандарте до 4-5 тыс/сут. Спрашивала цену на август, сказали 150 евро/сутки!!! 😱
