The pool opens earlier than the others - the only plus.
In the telegram Dos Hermanas by Alena made the news about the discount for women's companies on weekdays from May 15-19. On May 18, after relaxing in the pool, my friend and I asked for an invoice and clarified about a discount for women's companies, the manager said of course we will do it now, and left to count us. Then she returned and said that they could not give us a discount, the reason was "we will not give you a discount, since you did not book and came to rest without a reservation." We asked to call the hostess and asked where such conditions are indicated. To which the hostess replied that the terms of the promotion were not indicated anywhere, and that was only because she said so.
Regarding the cuisine: they regret the meat in the dishes, the cook is disgusting, I also do not recommend pegody, a plate with beer - there is nothing to eat, a very small portion, but it is expensive)
The result of the review is that the pool opens earlier than others, this is the only plus.
Cheating customers with money, tasteless expensive cuisine are disadvantages.
After a spoiled vacation, I will not go back there anymore and I do not advise anyone.

The order was given at 11 o'clock so that everything was ready by one o'clock and we had a quiet lunch. As a result, the last hot dish was brought to us at 4 o'clock. I ordered cooksey myself. The neighbors in the tapchan who arrived later brought cooksi earlier for some reason, but it turned out to be for the best. It was they who dissuaded from Cooksey. They said it was impossible to eat, it was not tasty. By the way, there were a lot of rejections from cooksey as a result. There are no questions about the pool, nor about the waiters. Big questions for the kitchen. But we won't come here another time.

I visited this charitable institution impulsively, since there were no free places in other water parks (pre-registration was required). Initially, I was surprised by the low occupancy rate of the water park (no more than 20%) in such a heat. And it is difficult to call this institution a water park – there is only one swimming pool. At the end of the rest, everything fell into place)
At the entrance, the cost of 100,000 soums for a chaise longue was indicated. He offered to pay in advance, received a categorical refusal from the hostess (the establishment is run by Korean sisters of the first category of fatness))
I ordered 1 liter of water. For some reason, they brought a Junk food set – nuts, chips, energy drink, which they did not touch. Suspicions began to grow)
I was in the institution for 2.5 hours. At the exit, the price tag of 170,000 soums was announced. As it turned out, a certain "deposit" was estimated at extra 70,000 soums (apparently, humanitarian assistance to maintain the magnificent forms of the hostess of the counter). Payment by card turned out to be impossible, the terminal is on eternal prevention (where does the tax service not look?). Involuntarily, I remembered the dashing 90s . . Uzbekistan is approximately located in them, in fact.
To summarize: do not go children, to Des Hermanas by Alena, for a walk.

In addition to this amount, the entrance fees and the food that you order are also paid. You'll only find out about it when you leave. The sediment is large, but despite this, the administration has resolved the issue and I did not pay for an additional tariff. But my nerves are frayed. Everything was discussed in advance, but during the rest they wind up with additional prices that they do not know about until the end of the rest. Prices were discussed in advance before arrival, but it was said about additional tariffs and additional services that everything was free. As a result, the rest was ruined, I was unhappy, but thanks to the pool administration, which solved the problem in favor of the client. And we didn't have to pay 1 million sums for 4 people for 1.5 hours of rest. We didn't really skimp, we didn't even eat.
