In early January 2025, I went with my wife on excursions to Grodno, Brest, Belovezhskaya Pushcha. We were accompanied by our guide Georgy Chaushnik. We were delighted with all the excursions. We liked the professional presentation of the material, George's outlook is admirable, we received a lot of historical and geographical material. In Belovezhskaya Pushcha, the guide George amazed everyone with his magnificent botanical and biological knowledge of the presented material. I HIGHLY recommend this company and this guide, and I also want to say a big thank you to the entire DORTHUR team and George. I really want to visit other cities of Belarus with this company.
We went today on 12.09.2024 on an excursion to Khatyn. During the course of the bus, they wanted to take the front seats behind the driver (they were free, they had a good view), so the guide, Irina, did not let us in, explaining that there were many empty seats on the bus. This is the first time we have met with such rudeness, which means that the guide did not want anyone to sit there. As a result, her stole was lying there the whole trip. What does it mean?We did not pay for the tour cheaply and at the same time we are not allowed to go to places where we would like to sit. It was very unpleasant, all the impressions about the tour were spoiled, and the mood was the same.
To begin with, I advise everyone to go on a sightseeing tour of Minsk, get to know the beautiful city better, I was lucky, the group was not big, the minibus, the guide is wonderful!!! My second trip was "Mir and Nesvizh", after the tour there was a pleasant aftertaste, the guides are excellent, the lunch is delicious. And yet, I would like to advise three excursions, where I also want to return again and again, this is to "Novogrudok", I want to highlight the art gallery of K. Kachan, (Belarusian artist) his wife conducted an excursion, gave tea with her homemade cakes, I really liked the city, I advise from the heart, "Sula History Park" is magnificent a sample of the manor culture of Belarus, lunch was in a restaurant, very tasty!!! and the "Belarusian Mosaic", where we visited the churches and Oginsky manor in the heart, is also a delicious lunch!!! thank you very much to Dortur for the excursions!!! You are wonderful!!!
Walking distance. A large selection of excursions. Smart, well-read and knowledgeable guides. Good buses. I liked everything. We took an overview, Khatyn and castles. We recommend it
When I come to Minsk, I always travel around Belarus with the company "Dortur". All trips were held exactly on schedule, the excursions were very informative, interesting, and comfortable.
I have ordered three excursions in this tourist company. I liked all the excursions very much. Two of these excursions were to other cities, which were reached by comfortable buses. The guides who accompanied us are professionals.
thank you very much! We arrived early in the morning and contacted the office. We bought an overview of Minsk, I still remember how clearly it was, we met with Lukashenko's motorcade)) We immediately booked tours of the castles! The food, the quality, the views are excellent. I want to repeat it!
I can't say anything about the excursions themselves, because it didn't come to them because of the boorish attitude of the staff to customers!! Extremely unfriendly Balzac-aged ladies work in the office at the Minsk railway station, who will talk on the phone for a long time in the presence of customers (well, of course, they have already come, where will they go), then, in the style of classic Soviet saleswomen, they will be outraged that you move around the "office", although there are no restrictions and partitions there! In general, I advise you to buy a ticket from their colleagues to the ODO "Viapol", it's not far and cheaper there! There are friendly girls in it, they will tell you everything and will not make you wait until they chat on the phone...the attitude towards the client is more attentive, professional and interested! And the management of the Department is kindly asked to pay attention to their habalok saleswomen who are tired of work! Although I won't say about all of them, I only came across one!))
I don't write reviews very often. Time passes, impressions fade, emotions fade and I don't want to write anymore.
Therefore, I am writing on fresh tracks. Because I am very glad that I realized my dream of visiting St. Petersburg.
It's not easy to decide on a trip at a difficult time, but I can't imagine my life without new experiences, new routes.
And so, about Peter. The choice fell on the agency "Dortur".
First, moving by train, at night. How cool it is to go to bed in Belarus and wake up in Russia, in St. Petersburg.
Secondly, I have already traveled with this agency to Gervyaty once.
It is clear that the time on the road passed unnoticed, calmly. We lived in the Moscow hotel, in the city center, the rooms are excellent, the view from the window is amazing, the breakfasts are buffet, varied and delicious. By the way, of the 3 dinners, two were also buffet-style.
The high-altitude tour service, a comfortable bus, excellent guides, especially liked Olga, who conducted a sightseeing tour and accompanied us on trips, and Nina Petrovna from Peterhof.
The program is rich and interesting, especially liked the excursions to the Catherine Palace and Peterhof.
There was also free time, in which we walked almost the entire Nevsky Prospekt, went on an excursion to the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, sat in a cafe. And our hotel was located opposite the Alexander Nevsky Lavra, of course, we visited there. There was also time for shopping.
In general, the trip was a success. I would like to thank Kristina Polyakova, who accompanied us from the travel agency "Dortur", responsible, attentive, friendly.
Perhaps I will contact this travel agency for new impressions and positive emotions.
A wonderful agency with wonderful tours. Excellent hotels, delicious food, comfortable buses, and what wonderful guides (guide Mikhail from Brest). Belarus is a miracle that I fell in love with at first sight, and Dorthur helped me in this. (sincerely, Maria Kovaleva, tour from August 21 to 25, 2019: Grodno- Brest- Minsk- Dudutki- Nesvizh). Thank you very much! I will definitely come to you again.
We visited the Minsk sightseeing tour. A complete disappointment.
Well, first of all, to put 20 people in a typical minibus like this-well, soooo, a very cool view from the window of passing cars.
Secondly. The guide told everything as if for herself, those who were sitting at the end did not hear the beginning, but actually the point of listening to the ending if you did not hear the beginning?
Thirdly, the price of the review is ~ 700 Russian rubles. Such an excursion in Moscow on a normal bus with an excellent guide cost 400 rubles. In general, the only advantages are stops where you could safely walk and see the sights yourself
The sightseeing tour is useless, galloping around the city on a cramped minibus, practically nothing is visible through the windows, the driver is driving fast, the guide does not keep up with him, it's a pity not for money, but for 3 hours of lost time
I can't say anything about country excursions
