A wonderful center. Everything is on a professional level from the very beginning. First, a consultation with a specialist with a medical education. They may prescribe additional examinations so that they can choose classes and massages correctly later. All instructors are professionals. Everyone has a different technique and at the very beginning there is a choice to work out with different instructors in order to choose the right one for themselves. It's the same with massage therapists.A comfortable gym, locker room, shower. Always clean towels and napkins are freely available. I always go to classes in the mood and get results every time. There are a lot of serious injuries and operations on the body. My posture changes here, my body flexibility has appeared, and discomfort has disappeared. I sincerely recommend this center. Prosperity to you and keep improving our health.

The club is in a basement with no daylight. Cardio machines are constantly broken. Boorish and unserviceable reception staff. The ventilation can't handle it - it's stuffy in the main hall, and there's a persistent smell in the locker rooms.

If you want to improve your physical shape, and most importantly, strengthen your health, restore strength to your muscles, and flexibility to your spine - go to Dorsum! Excellent location, cozy gym and changing rooms, the subscription includes a visit to the doctor, and most importantly - you will have a personal trainer! I would like to mention coach Irina Denisevich - a real professional, attentive to clients and their health! Once in "good hands", your ailments will no longer have a chance. Thank you for having such a place in the city, and special thanks to coach Irina!
